The customer service attitude is tough. The room is like a guest house from the 1990s. The water in the room is small, it is inconvenient to take a shower, and the facilities are old and crude and there is no hot water. Moreover, disposable slippers and washing utensils are not provided, and the commercial nature is managed as a confidential unit. Relatives and friends who enter the room are constantly reminded to be taken away by security guards. I’ll never go there again, it’s an eye-opener!

I was on a business trip in Beijing. After choosing for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. First of all, this hotel is right on the road opposite the Fourth Medical Center. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, and it is not far from the subway. The only bad thing is that if I ask for a special ticket, it will be issued to me when I get married. Got a general vote, negative review.

The service attitude is very good, the price is very affordable, and the hygiene is OK, but the facilities are a bit old, overall very good

Book your stay again! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful! Although the room is a bit old, the facilities are still trustworthy! The breakfast is rich in variety and the big buns are delicious!

Facilities: complete

The service was excellent

Like a guest house, the front desk staff have no sense of service and are just registration staff. The corridors are filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, making it not suitable for families with children. The hotel is not large in size, the beds are hard and small, the facilities and TV are just furnishings, and there is no free bottled water supply in the rooms. Everything is the simplest facilities, which can be considered by business travelers or budget-minded customers.

Hygiene: clean
Environment: tidy
Service: Yes
The space is ok, the breakfast is nutritious and diverse, with many varieties and good service. Attentive and considerate, the room is clean and tidy, with 24-hour air conditioning and hot water

The hotel has complete facilities and good hygiene. Breakfast is rich. Opposite the Fourth Hospital of the General Hospital, the location is excellent. There are many restaurants on the left side of the hotel, which is very convenient for eating. The hotel security management is in good order. Overall good experience.

The house smells bad and the environment is very bad! The service is even worse! Especially the waitress on the night shift has an extremely bad attitude! The night front desk girl should be fired. It affects the hotel business. She is very bad. Her attitude and tone are very bad. You should really believe the online reviews! I didn’t believe it at first, but after experiencing it for real, it was indeed the case! I don’t know how the leadership of this hotel manages and employs people. I don’t know if it is because of relatives or the backstage staff or what? If this goes on, sooner or later, the front desk clerk will mess him up!

The room is small and too old and dilapidated. The wallpaper is peeling off badly. The floor is damaged and glued with transparent tape. There is a water dispenser in the picture, but it turns out there is none. There is not even a bottle of mineral water. Only the barbecue downstairs of the hotel is delicious!
