The room rate wasn't cheap, 800 RMB during the exhibition.
The place was generally clean, but the space was small.
The service was lukewarm on the surface, but you could easily sense their indifference.
There was a lot of stagnant mud near the entrance, which smelled terrible.
There were many food stalls on the small street in front of the entrance, including a stall selling dog meat that was particularly disgusting.

Hotel exclusively for foreign guests
Daily rent is not cheap
Bathroom is passable, but the space is just over 1 ping (approximately 3.3 square meters) and there's no bathtub
The sliding door is very heavy and difficult to open and close
Soundproofing is poor, making it impossible for foreign guests to watch movies or other programs
The staff are aloof and dismissive with a forced smile
They know nothing about the local culture, scenery, or food
The windows cannot be opened. What's the point of installing electric curtains? The amenities include 2 bottles of drinks and 2 bottles of water. There are no snacks.

The hotel had a convenience store downstairs, which was quite convenient, and there were many options for ordering takeout in the evening. The room design was also quite novel.
The lobby restrooms were very clean.
Eating breakfast during peak hours was a disaster. The food selection was small, and it was extremely crowded. Every food counter was incredibly filthy… If you're a child, it's best to avoid eating there during peak hours.
However, the uncle at the door, who I think was the manager, provided excellent service and was very attentive. Although he was busy, he was always smiling and even refilled the tissues for the guests. It took about 20 minutes by tour bus to reach Sunac.

Good new hotel, right next to subway station MODIESHA only a sation to the fair highly recommended large rooms. Mastercard does not work other cards. Starbucks and mini market as well as bank branch in the same skyscraper.
