From the doorman to the reception and housekeeping team, every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come again!
Good to be served by helpful staffs like May Li, Eden Yang, Renee Xiao (from the front desk). They are friendly and always smiling! Helping out to find our parcels and requests on booking of rooms.
Our housekeeper, Hebe Deng did a great job in cleaning our rooms daily!
We feel like home and comfortable throughout our stay. Love it!

Lobby is located on upper floor, with back street entrance. Check in receptionists not the friendliest and be expected to pay 800rmb refundable room deposit.
Nice new fit out of spaciois corridors, rooms. Unfortunately, the room bathroom smelled of urine so it needed to be cleaned again. The drinks included in the minibar are only 4 drinks.
Pool is a little on the small side.
I am not sure if I would stay here again unless needing to visit the touristy Liwan area.
