Hilton Guangzhou Science City in Guangzhou

Came here on Saturday for George Lam and Sally Yeh's concert. Heard they were staying at the Hilton Emerald! Haha, so I immediately booked two Executive Twin Rooms – perfect for a concert weekend getaway! 👏

The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and arranged two adjoining rooms for us on the same floor and in the same area. The balconies offered a mountain view, and in the mornings, little birds chirped outside. Taking a deep breath of that fresh, negative-ion air really invigorated me for the whole day!

The Executive Rooms offer excellent value for money. They're spacious, and in the evening, a complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room. The free Executive Afternoon Tea is served at the lobby bar on the first floor, where you can enjoy a drink with family and friends after checking in. From 5:30 PM onwards, there's a complimentary light buffet at the Executive Lounge on the 8th floor, which I personally found quite good. They had fruits, salads, desserts, cakes, beer, spirits, hot food, and noodles. The Executive Breakfast the next day was at the buffet restaurant on the first floor, and the selection was also very rich.

During this stay, I noticed some renovation changes on the first floor. They've added a kids' activity area and expanded the gym, which is great! Next time I come, I'll definitely remember to bring my workout clothes and swimwear. The Hilton Emerald is truly ideal for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel has a running trail, and the lobby bar offers coffee and soft drinks. Upon check-in, guests are reminded to keep windows and curtains closed due to recent mosquito activity. One of the best services is the shuttle to Baoneng for concerts, and umbrellas are also available for loan. The service is excellent and very thoughtful.

The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic, very quiet, and surrounded by parks. Waking up in the morning, you can really feel the beauty of nature. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. I'll definitely choose to book here again next time.

Traveling with a child, the hotel kindly upgraded our room for free. The hotel boasts a large outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, and a hot spring bath, perfect for kids to splash around in. The hotel isn't far from the subway station and is nestled in what feels like a forest park; our room even had hiking tips inside. The package we booked included a buffet dinner, and I must say, the buffet is incredibly kid-friendly. First off, there are simple play facilities right at the restaurant entrance, so kids can play after they finish eating, freeing up parents. The hotel's desserts are also playfully designed, very appealing to children, and quite delicious too.

The room was bright and airy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The toiletries were of excellent quality, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate wet and dry area. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth.

The environment is great, and having a swimming pool makes it very convenient for families with kids. There's even a ball pit! The buffet dinner was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of dishes and very fresh seafood. The fact that they even had Hong Kong-style milk tea was a big plus for me personally.

I brought my child to visit Xpeng's intelligent manufacturing base in Huangpu for the weekend and stayed a night. The Hilton Garden Inn Huangpu truly surprised me! The natural environment in Huangpu is fantastic; our room faced the mountains, a sea of green, and we woke up to the sound of various birds. Right outside the hotel are Jianfengling Park and Kechen Jinxiu Ring, perfect for a walk around the hotel with excellent greenery! The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools; the indoor one is heated, and there are also two hot spring pools. Although not huge, they are very well-equipped, and my child had a great time. The buffet offers great value for money; the price and quality are truly impressive. We tried the Chinese restaurant for lunch the next day, and the food was delicious (why is Guangzhou always better than Shenzhen?!). We accidentally left an old piece of clothing on the bed when we checked out. Aunt Wang Juhua found it while cleaning the room and immediately asked Cheryl to contact us. That piece of clothing was my child's beloved 'Abeibei' since he was little, a very important comfort item for sleep! I'm so grateful that Auntie didn't discard the old garment but immediately contacted us, and thanks to Cheryl for her thoughtful service. It has now been express delivered home! We will definitely come again next time!

The entire hotel staff was incredibly professional and down-to-earth without being overly enthusiastic. The outdoor heated pool was open during our visit, and there were also some Chinese New Year activities. This hotel offers the best value for money I've experienced in China so far. It would be great if the outdoor pool could have a net or umbrella to keep out leaves (as manual cleaning can't always keep up).

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I originally booked it randomly for a concert, just looking for a place with a pool, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good it was! Manager Lin from the buffet was incredibly dedicated, constantly helping us out, even packing food for us – truly exceptional service! We were so touched. The hotel room was also very relaxing; we had the best night's sleep. The air quality was excellent, surrounded by parks and mountains, very fresh and natural. The only minor drawback was that the indoor pool was a bit small, not quite enough for a proper swim. Everything else was perfect! 😍

The hotel was great! The room was spacious, and parking was convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. Chery was particularly helpful and always went the extra mile. We'll definitely be back!
