Junkai Express Hotel in Shenzhen

The worst hotel in my trip. It was my first time changing a hotel after I arrived there in a few minutes.

The receptionist was negative to customers, not only me and not having a service mind. But this isn't the worst.

The worst was hygiene and safety. Although the hotel's location is great because it is located in a heart of night street food and close to metro station. However, all things in hotel is very dirty and not well maintenance. Such as hallway (seems a scene in horror movie), lift is dirty and a lot of dust, the door lock was broken and it seems not only my room after look around the floor, room space was very dirty. There are many people in the building. This place isn't really safe for woman. Imagine the outside is so loud because of street food nigh market, if bad people beat you because the door Lock can't use effectively. Who can help you in time when can't hear everything in hotel?

I moved my stuff to the 1st floor and searching for new hotel. The receptionist totally ignored me and had conflict with others customers. Time fried for a while, she could sense something unusual, she contacted a hotel owner and reported my case. However, she still ignore. When I got a new hotel and Didi car arrived. I put a key card for check out in front of receptionist. It's first time that she opened her mouth to ask me "the room isn't comfortable?"
