The hotel was a complete mess. When we arrived, there was a huge line, and they said they had no rooms. Later, they said they had 19. We finally managed to check in, but the process took almost an hour. The air conditioning wasn't good enough, and the toilet didn't drain properly. Fortunately, the room was spacious enough. The room was quite spacious! The reception staff were also very welcoming! It was convenient to go downstairs for a stroll and eat. The weather was great, and it only took a ten-minute walk to Futian High-speed Railway Station! The surrounding transportation is also very convenient!

The service, hygiene, and facilities at Four Seasons are all good. There are many restaurant options nearby. On weekend nights, the KTVs in the vicinity can be quite loud and go on past midnight. I'm not sure how this is regulated locally, and I hope to see some improvement.

The room was really too small... For the same price, an Atour S room is significantly larger. I felt like I was staying in a hotel in downtown New York City. Also, I think there were bugs in the sheets on the first night; both of us had really itchy legs. All in all, it's not worth it.

Great place to stay and comfy beds. The only downfall was the lounge. The afternoon snacks were dire. But the evening service was suffice. The staff were all lovely and very attentive.

I had a great 5 days stay at Courtyard Shenzhen Bay. Everyone at front desk and restaurant are always so courteous. Breakfast spread is good mix of Chinese and western varieties. Room deco is tasteful and bed is comfortable. TV programs and WIFI accessibility are good. Can’t ask for any better !
