The lobby has a great ambiance, and the room was very tidy and clean. The bathtub was super comfortable, and Josh and Sandy were really warm and patient.

Front desk staff Sandy and Joey provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. There are even little birds in the lobby, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located near to the Huaqian North station and is near the mall area (＜10mins) with local vendors available near the residential district (＜5mins) too. The hotel is very stylish with a lot of art. You can order takeaway througj ******* and have the robots delivered to your doorstep. The hospitality from Paul and Joey were very professional. Overall the room is veryclean and my girlfriend is very satisfied!

Very comfortable hotel good place to stay in shen zhen customer service is on too with hotel design is very beautiful modern and yet keeping chinese essence room is big and bed is very comfortable!

What can I say about this five stars hotel , must try their local dimsum, their rooms are huge, and what I got to say it’s the personal experience interacting with the hotel staff Josh and Sandy. I would definitely recommend visitors and try the china’s online shopping experience and mailing packages.

The hotel is excellent, very stylish, and the staff service is superb. A special shout-out to Cherry and Xiao Pan at the front desk – they were incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and patient with directions and helping us store our luggage. Many thanks, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. Paul provided excellent service, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room I was assigned was great, and having a gym and laundry room available was a real plus. The delivery robot could even bring my takeout directly to the room. Breakfast was rich and diverse, with plenty of options. The room itself was well-equipped, came with a bathtub, and was very spacious. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
