Service: Because it was a Saturday, the line was extremely long. After waiting for almost an hour, they told me there were no king-size rooms available. Suddenly, everyone rushed in, making it very chaotic. However, the front desk agent was very helpful and patiently helped me change to a twin room. Good review.
Ambience: The ambiance was nice, with good blackout curtains. The overall retro style was acceptable.
