The room was clean with a great view, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The front desk even upgraded our room. The staff at the front desk were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is convenient for transportation, making it fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

An excellent stay! We were a family of three on a layover, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is about 10 miles away. They even upgraded our room for free upon arrival. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, especially the freshly ground coffee – that classic Hilton taste. Highly recommended!

This Hampton by Hilton is my top choice for travel. It's in a great location with convenient transportation. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for both work and rest. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-out was quick. It offers great value for money and excellent service overall. Highly recommended!

My only minor complaint is that someone inexplicably knocked on my door in the middle of the night, which was a bit noisy.

Excellent location, right at the interchange station for Metro Lines 2 and 7, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The room was clean and bright. The breakfast was extensive, and they even offered delicious Tremella soup! The front desk staff provided excellent service.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my stay. Checkout was quick and efficient, with no waiting. They paid great attention to detail, and I'll definitely be back!

The room was compact but very well-designed. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, making it easy to get ready even when rushing in the morning without feeling cramped. Check-out was quick and queue-free. Conveniently, there was a local snack shop right opposite, so we didn't have to walk far for food even when coming back late at night. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room was spotlessly clean, with everything neatly arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep, and the shower had instant hot water. Check-in and check-out were handled quickly and efficiently by the front desk staff. Breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. There's also free ground parking. Returning in the evening, the hallways were quiet, which made for a very peaceful and reassuring stay.

A special mention to the front desk staff member who was incredibly friendly. I even tried to get her name to give her a compliment, and she was adorably shy about it! Oh, and the complimentary cookies at the front desk were quite good too – I may have indulged in several, haha!

The front desk staff provided service with a constant smile, and they even proactively upgraded our room. The hotel's decor reflects the signature Hampton style, and its garden-style setting truly made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, so no worries about missing it even if you sleep in! There's a good variety, with an excellent mix of Chinese and Western options. After breakfast, you can directly take Line 2 right outside the hotel straight to the airport, so there's absolutely no rush! Highly recommended!
