I checked in on the first day of Chinese New Year. Despite the room status being good, I wasn't upgraded as advertised. It took coordination with Trip.com to finally get it sorted. Maybe it was due to staff shortages on the first and second days of the New Year, as there was no one to help with luggage. The service attitude only started to improve around the third day. The hotel is a bit old, and both the interior and exterior show some wear, but the environment is still pleasant. Overall, it's a decent, no-frills place.

I stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

We had the worst experience. I went with my husband a week before and decided to take my mom & newborn after. The room was extremely dirty, after I complained.. the manager took over an hour to come and see even after I explained that I have a newborn and the room was too filthy for my baby to be in. He came and ran his fingers over the dirt and said “it’s clean but I’ll change the room for you” I couldn’t believe that he said it’s clean because he could surely see the filth in the room.

I brought my mom for some drinks in the lobby and this pregnant waitress acted as if she didn’t want to serve us, she even accused me of walking off without paying before consulting her colleague. The most terrible hotel experience I’ve ever had! 10/10 would not recommend. For a 4 star hotel, they need to do better in being inclusive and fix up the damn place!

This hotel really made me feel at home. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was handled exceptionally well. The room was clean and comfortable, and our butler, Aria, provided meticulous service. I highly recommend it to everyone!

One of my favorite 🤩 hotel in Wuhan China . I celebrated my daughter’s birthday 🎂 . 5-star experience all the way! From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless—great location, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!"

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting.
However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times.
Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool.
Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar.
Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening.
Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted.
Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!
