The rooms are clean and the location is good. It is fine for those staying just for 2 to 3 days.
The breakfast is tasteless, and the gym is set up only for the sake of appearances, so there are no usable exercise machines.

The cappuccino or coffee maker does not make a proper size cup of coffee. Needs to be replaced or Don’t offer the service

Was my own fault that I booked this hotel instead of the other ATOUR near Suzhou Bay. Receptionists were extremely blunt and pretended to not understand my Chinese. They didn’t take the payment until the second night.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and well maintained. The small screens on the windows are very detailed, taking into account both safety and ventilation.
Hygiene: Very, very clean and tidy beyond expectations, no trace of tampering at all, I feel reassured for the first time

On a business trip, I hurriedly chose the hotel closest to my workplace on the map. Unexpectedly, I was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent value for money. I called the front desk in advance and prepared fruits and fruit tea in the room. I will choose this hotel again when I travel to Wujiang on business.

The room is clean and tidy and cleaned very carefully every day. Drinking water is added every day. I can’t finish it. I really can’t finish it. The service staff are courteous and always say hello when they meet. The front desk is skilled in business and can handle check-in and check-out quickly without wasting time. There is never a backlog of people waiting for processing at the front desk. A very good stay experience. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Suzhou.

I was shocked when I entered the room. I thought I was at Home Inn. It was not Atour's decoration style at all. The room was very small, crowded and had a peculiar smell. I have stayed at Atour many times and this is the first time I encountered such an environment. I thought it was a fake hotel. The elevator was very small and went up and down out of sequence. I thought a hotel at this location should be okay. Unexpectedly, it felt like it was purchased from another hotel. Small hotel.
