Last October 1st holiday, I rode a shared bike around it, and this time I had the opportunity to stay here while giving a leadership course for Suzhou Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals, which was a real pleasure 😃

Decided last minute to take the kids to Suzhou, and after a lot of searching, I settled on the Hilton. Although it was pricey, the service, environment, and facilities lived up to the big brand name

The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel's pool, gym, and other amenities were all excellent

The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, and microwave. There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby, plus a gym

The room overall was pretty good – clean and with excellent soundproofing; you could barely hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also quite substantial

It's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with direct access to Suzhou Center, Pingjiang Road, and more

- Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby

The duty manager, Manager Zhao, contacted us even before check-in. He arranged a Hoopoe-themed room for us this time and informed us of the check-in details

The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining

On the day of arrival, he contacted us in advance to greet us at the main entrance and helped with our luggage. The room came with a special telescope, Hoopoe-themed cushions, and bird-related decorations

The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night

The environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent, making you feel right at home. I look forward to staying here again next time I have the chance.

The pool is great, and the night view from the room is lovely

The only minor flaw was a small gap near the wall where the curtain didn't fully close, which might just be an issue with this particular room. It's something that could be improved

Great location! It's an established hotel that has all the essentials. They even included free tickets to Hanshan Temple and Tianping Mountain, and didn't charge extra on weekends, which was a nice bonus

Whenever I visit Suzhou, I always choose to stay at Hotel Nikko. The service is consistently excellent, and the location is superb – right by a subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere

The rooms are very comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic. Every staff member, from the cleaning aunties to the front desk and concierge, is incredibly friendly and helpful

The hotel's location is excellent, with a fantastic view, especially at night. The room facilities are comprehensive, and despite being an older hotel, it doesn't feel outdated

Fantastic location with unbeatable lake views, right opposite Suzhou's iconic 'Big Trousers' building. The night views are stunning! It's super convenient for boat tours from the pier and lakeside strolls

Since we had a child with us, they specially gave us rabbit-shaped room cards, which my little one absolutely loved! Thanks, Gwen~ The most unexpected and satisfying part of our stay was the complimentary travel photoshoot

They even upgraded us to a lake view room when one was available, which was absolutely stunning!! After staying here, I'm already planning my vacation for next year to come back! Truly breathtaking

This hotel is perfect for a staycation! It was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a lake-view room where I could see the Jinji Lake Ferris Wheel and the beautiful lake

The view was absolutely stunning. The complimentary birthday cake from the hotel was also delicious. Additionally, the hotel boasts three Michelin/Black Pearl-rated restaurants

The room was a little dated but very clean. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the view was exceptional – truly a prime spot

The hotel's scenery is excellent, and the apartment-style room is perfect for families traveling with children. I could work in the living room with the door closed, so it didn't disturb the kids sleeping in the bedroom

Although we missed the midday activities, there's a kids' play area and a pool. Both Chinese and Western meals can be enjoyed at the hotel

This hotel is nestled between Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake, both of which are expansive and impressive, surrounded by lush green lawns. The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a wide array of family-friendly activities

Even though the hotel is a bit older, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the facilities, and everything is very well-maintained. This will definitely be our first choice for our next trip

There's an indoor play area and an outdoor activity zone, and the lake view is beautiful! Yolanda from Guest Relations contacted me a day in advance and provided excellent personalized service

Arrived quite early in the morning and checked in quickly. I think they upgraded our room for free because we had elderly people and children with us, and they even installed bed rails

From the attentive guidance during check-in to their prompt responses to our needs, my companions and I were full of praise, unanimously agreeing that the service here is consistently reliable and high-quality, truly exceeding our expectations

The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and the service team is professional and efficient, making the check-in process very smooth

Both rooms were spacious and bright, with a quiet environment and excellent soundproofing, ideal for clients to rest peacefully after a busy schedule

The only small note: the swimming pool and gym are a bit compact, but it really didn't matter given everything else. All in all, this was a unique experience that greatly enhanced my Suzhou trip

The staff were all incredibly patient, responded to messages quickly, and the service was just fantastic! I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

The hotel environment is first-class. This time, my daughter and granddaughter came back from New Zealand, and I brought them to Suzhou. I booked the Lamborghini Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations

We could see Jinji Lake from inside the hotel, and we enjoyed walking along the lake, even swinging on the swings by the Gate of the Orient. The kids loved it! The drinks at the bar were also very good

My absolute favorite is the hotel's pool facilities, especially the unique soaking tubs, large sauna, and the peaceful relaxation room where the essential oil scent helps you drift off to sleep

This is a quiet hotel with complete amenities. The location is convenient, just a five-minute walk to Eslite Bookstore, and the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Suzhou, and I have to give Cindy a five-star review! When I was checking in, she proactively asked about my needs and thoughtfully upgraded my room

Hotel is right beside Suzhou Central Park & Central Park Metro Station. Big shopping centre opposite, and a few more big shopping centres within walking distance. Also quite a number of good clean massage shops nearby

Excellent location with a great breakfast and attentive service. It's definitely a top choice if you're looking for a hotel near the industrial park and exhibition center. The executive lounge was also a nice touch

I loved the plush bed, spacious room, well-equipped gym, and the uncrowded swimming pool. The breakfast spread was also very generous. Everything was just perfect and incredibly satisfying

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Suzhou Hotel and have to give a special shout-out to Harlan! He was genuinely friendly and professional, handling check-in smoothly and efficiently with great attention to detail

The warmest surprise during my trip to Suzhou came from Harlan at Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake, who not only checked me in quickly but also thoughtfully reminded me about the executive lounge's evening snacks

He even thoughtfully provided tips on local transportation and dining. The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment. The attention to detail was impressive

Su-style Aozao Noodle Set Meal: The hotel service attitude is good. The sewer was blocked when taking a shower at night. The waiter came to the room and took off his socks and took out the hair barefoot

Facilities: Luxurious and cozy. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with a fresh and unique design concept – truly enjoyable. Environment: Elegant, comfortable, and pleasant – a very enjoyable experience

The room was a little hot and the air conditioner didn't cool. The hotel has a great view and a great location. It will be better next time when the rooms in Phase 2 and Phase 3 are open. Everything else is satisfactory

The room design is very good, and the center counter at the entrance is convenient for washing hands. The hotel environment is good, with a lake in front and a mountain behind. It's just not as big as imagined

They introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment to us. There is also a Taihu Lounge Bar in the second area across the road where you can drink coffee and tea. It is very comfortable and a very satisfactory stay

This hotel is definitely worth experiencing. It's located near Panmen Gate, and with your room card, you get free access to the Panmen Scenic Area, which basically becomes your backyard

This was especially wonderful during the May Day holiday when there were evening activities in the scenic area, making it incredibly beautiful

Although a bit old, it's very well-maintained! The auntie at the hotel entrance was constantly cleaning! We paid a little extra and upgraded to an executive room, which was great! It included afternoon tea and a light dinner

Our stay was fantastic, and a big thank you to Sarah from the lobby bar and Penny Lion from the Western restaurant. Sarah was incredibly gentle and meticulous, providing excellent service

Seeing that Suzhou Marriott Hotel had a promotional rate, and I was planning to visit Suzhou Bay Museum and Grand Theatre over the weekend, I immediately booked a stay

A 60-square-meter suite with lounge access felt amazing. It's very convenient to get around; just a few hundred meters walk from Xihuan Road Station on Metro Line 1

The doorman always made sure to open the taxi door for us, which was a lovely and thoughtful detail. The view is absolutely fantastic, overlooking all of Suzhou!

The location is very convenient, close to all the must-visit attractions in Gusu District. The staff, especially Melody and Lilian, were incredibly responsive

He provided detailed explanations of the surrounding commercial areas, attractions, and transportation options, which was extremely helpful. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless

Breakfast also deserves special praise; it was varied, and the ingredients were fresh, starting my day off right. The hotel is located near the lake, and you can also walk to the neighboring church and Egret Park

I stayed at this hotel during my May Day trip to Suzhou, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable

This hotel is located right next to Dushu Lake Cherry Blossom Avenue, very close to the Christian Church, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning! 👍 You can see the church from your room, and the view outside the window is just beautiful! 👍 As for the service, it was excellent

Although this hotel is very high end there were a few things that I did not think was very good. Firstly, the level of English at the front desk was less than many other less expensive hotels

When I asked the security guard about charging, he said he didn't know. I went down and looked for a while and took the wrong elevator again! In addition to the bathtub, the lake view I like is OK

The trash cans in the bathroom and the room were not covered with plastic bags! The front desk did not tell me how to go down to the underground garage when I checked in on 5

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. It's super convenient, right next to the subway, which is a great location. Plus, Guanqian Street is just behind it, so it's incredibly easy to grab some snacks

The hotel environment was clean, and the beds were just the right firmness – not too soft, not too hard. Great value for money! The main thing is how convenient the location is; it's close to everything

Parking is free and the lot is huge. It's a traditional hotel, but the service is excellent. They even provide kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and bath tub covers

The hotel is right next to Metro Line 1, which makes getting around super convenient. They also offer free parking. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view. Serena provided very friendly service.

When Gao Li found out it was our first time on a self-guided tour and that we chose Novotel, she went above and beyond to optimize our room's orientation, floor level, and check-in time

This was a truly memorable stay! The front desk upgraded us to the presidential suite, and we felt like royalty. The 160-square-meter multi-functional room offered breathtaking panoramic views of Dushu Lake and Moon Bay

Facilities: Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are practically spotless with no yellowing, which felt great. Even the grout was quite clean

Staying with our kids at the Suzhou Wangfu Jinke Hotel was a perfect experience! The hotel was clean and tidy, and every corner of the room was spotless, allowing the kids to play freely, giving us, as parents, complete peace of mind

All the staffs are friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Our room is spacious and cleaned, but i feel hot and stuffy in there. So I went down to the front desk and see if i could change to another room

As for the surroundings, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect place for a relaxing family outing

But in the process of doing it, the staff explained to us all the room is pretty much the same temperature because it was the changing season, the AC is changing from cold to warm mode

The front desk service is especially excellent! The hotel's facilities are very complete, with a beautiful swimming pool and gym, providing excellent options for both leisure and exercise

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Suzhou, and it's always the same! I look forward to upgrading my room type next time I come. 😆 I also hope that some of the rooms can be renovated to keep up with the times

The hotel is located in Wujiang district, by a beautiful, expansive lake. We were upgraded to a scenic room in the main building because our original lakeside villa room was under maintenance

• Beautiful hot springs – The onsen was a highlight. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while surrounded by nature was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind

The breakfast spread was comprehensive, and we particularly enjoyed the seasonal 'daoyu' (swordfish) wontons, which were incredibly delicious

This hotel has lots of large lawns, and the environment is superb, making it perfect for families with kids or pets

The hot spring pools are very nice and well maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The surrounding parks and natural environment are fantastic — ideal for walks and enjoying nature

We had to wait a little for our room, but the front desk had set up a nice spread of snacks and fruits in the lobby bar, plus there was a TV, which was understandable given it was Chinese New Year

The cleaning staff were all very polite when we saw them, and the ladies at the service center were so friendly and patiently answered all our questions, one after another. Truly lives up to the InterContinental brand! 👍

Thanks to Manager Xu for the excellent arrangements. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the New Year, and they thoughtfully provided a projector to watch the Spring Festival Gala

The lobby also had a stamp-collecting activity for checking in, which was very characteristic of Suzhou. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable

The lobby also had lots of fun interactive activities, like a spinning wheel and bamboo weaving art, and you could even make dumplings and glutinous rice balls

The lady at the front desk handled our check-in incredibly fast, and there was complimentary hot tea in the lobby, which you could enjoy freely
