Hotels with pool in Suzhou

Last October 1st holiday, I rode a shared bike around it, and this time I had the opportunity to stay here while giving a leadership course for Suzhou Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals, which was a real pleasure 😃

Decided last minute to take the kids to Suzhou, and after a lot of searching, I settled on the Hilton. Although it was pricey, the service, environment, and facilities lived up to the big brand name

The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel's pool, gym, and other amenities were all excellent

The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, and microwave. There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby, plus a gym

The room overall was pretty good – clean and with excellent soundproofing; you could barely hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also quite substantial

It's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with direct access to Suzhou Center, Pingjiang Road, and more

- Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby

The duty manager, Manager Zhao, contacted us even before check-in. He arranged a Hoopoe-themed room for us this time and informed us of the check-in details

The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining

On the day of arrival, he contacted us in advance to greet us at the main entrance and helped with our luggage. The room came with a special telescope, Hoopoe-themed cushions, and bird-related decorations

The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night

The environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent, making you feel right at home. I look forward to staying here again next time I have the chance.

Our group consisted of five people, all elderly, frail, or recovering from illness: a senior over 90, a late-stage Parkinson's patient who had just fallen, someone 9 months post-femoral neck fracture surgery, and two others over 60

Fearing our canes might slip on a wet spot, we asked for a towel, and someone promptly came to wipe it dry. The room was spacious with a balcony, clean, and tidy

Upon check-in, we added the butler's WeChat, making communication easy and prompt. Although we booked through Ctrip without meals, which was more expensive than a live stream deal, we still felt it was an excellent value

We came to Dongshan Hotel specifically to relax and unwind. Over our 3-day, 2-night stay, we truly experienced excellent service. When we needed a stool for showering due to inconvenience, it was delivered immediately

Breakfast was very generous, and the meals were incredibly delicious. The hotel itself is like a scenic spot, so there's no need to go out exploring, which was perfect for us

We chose Dongshan Hotel during the loquat season. The Ningbi Building is beautifully and grandly decorated, built by the lake with a Southern Chinese architectural style

The room was spotless and the bedding was super comfy. Breakfast was great too! After eating, we went for a stroll around Baodai Bridge Park, walked along the ancient bridge, and took some photos.

Very close to Wuyue Culture Museum, about a 10-minute walk through the park. Also very close to Baodai Bridge, roughly a 10-minute walk. The hotel upgraded our room type, it was clean, and had a great view!

Arriving at Suzhou Baodai Bridge International Hotel by car, I was shocked by its grand venue and majestic momentum. The suite I stayed in was spacious and elegant, with double beds and a large living room

The hotel is grand, the rooms are clean, the environment is beautiful, and the service attitude is excellent. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene and cleanliness are well-maintained.

Each area has a balcony, and the lighting and ventilation are excellent. Looking down from the balcony, the Grand Canal is picturesque day and night, and the view is extremely wide

The breakfast is rich and varied, satisfying the taste buds. This experience is perfect, highly recommended, and I will definitely come often in the future!

The pool is great, and the night view from the room is lovely

The only minor flaw was a small gap near the wall where the curtain didn't fully close, which might just be an issue with this particular room. It's something that could be improved

Great location! It's an established hotel that has all the essentials. They even included free tickets to Hanshan Temple and Tianping Mountain, and didn't charge extra on weekends, which was a nice bonus

Whenever I visit Suzhou, I always choose to stay at Hotel Nikko. The service is consistently excellent, and the location is superb – right by a subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere

The rooms are very comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic. Every staff member, from the cleaning aunties to the front desk and concierge, is incredibly friendly and helpful

The hotel's location is excellent, with a fantastic view, especially at night. The room facilities are comprehensive, and despite being an older hotel, it doesn't feel outdated

Fantastic location with unbeatable lake views, right opposite Suzhou's iconic 'Big Trousers' building. The night views are stunning! It's super convenient for boat tours from the pier and lakeside strolls

Since we had a child with us, they specially gave us rabbit-shaped room cards, which my little one absolutely loved! Thanks, Gwen~ The most unexpected and satisfying part of our stay was the complimentary travel photoshoot

They even upgraded us to a lake view room when one was available, which was absolutely stunning!! After staying here, I'm already planning my vacation for next year to come back! Truly breathtaking

This hotel is perfect for a staycation! It was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a lake-view room where I could see the Jinji Lake Ferris Wheel and the beautiful lake

The view was absolutely stunning. The complimentary birthday cake from the hotel was also delicious. Additionally, the hotel boasts three Michelin/Black Pearl-rated restaurants

The room was a little dated but very clean. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the view was exceptional – truly a prime spot

Prices for  food and drink were much more expensive. Hotel room is good quality, beds a little harder than usual (but this suits me). Breakfast is great and varied, lots of choice of local and western foods

Great views of the city, staff here are very nice, super clean. In the industrial district so not much within walking distance but if yo need a reminder of home there’s a burger king right next door

We stayed at the Grand Metropark & were so pleased with our suite. My sister & I had separate rooms & the kitchen even included a washer! We were glad to have a chance to clean our clothes

The Service: Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Room: The suite was very nice! There is even a small kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. Good size, clean & comfortable

On arrival (late) the bar staff tried their hardest to provide us with snacks and drinks, a very long wait to prepare sandwiches and burgers. The club sandwich is NOT your usual standard

I really liked this hotel. Rooms were really nice. Beds very comfortable. Food was great in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is also quite good. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's scenery is excellent, and the apartment-style room is perfect for families traveling with children. I could work in the living room with the door closed, so it didn't disturb the kids sleeping in the bedroom

Although we missed the midday activities, there's a kids' play area and a pool. Both Chinese and Western meals can be enjoyed at the hotel

This hotel is nestled between Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake, both of which are expansive and impressive, surrounded by lush green lawns. The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a wide array of family-friendly activities

Even though the hotel is a bit older, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the facilities, and everything is very well-maintained. This will definitely be our first choice for our next trip

There's an indoor play area and an outdoor activity zone, and the lake view is beautiful! Yolanda from Guest Relations contacted me a day in advance and provided excellent personalized service

Arrived quite early in the morning and checked in quickly. I think they upgraded our room for free because we had elderly people and children with us, and they even installed bed rails

The happy hour at the lounge had 4-5 hot dishes, definitely enough to fill you up! The pool isn't huge, but it's very clean and not crowded, so it was a refreshing swim. Overall, this hotel maintains a high standard

The Executive Lounge has a nice location and pleasant atmosphere. However, the happy hour could be improved — the wine tasted like it had been opened for quite some time, and the selection of hot food was rather limited

This allowed us to experience more of the hotel, and we're especially grateful for that! The room was clean, but it felt a bit stuffy upon check-in. Since it was December, I guess there was no air conditioning

Got a free upgrade to an executive room! The view from the window was great, and the hotel itself is new and very clean. I loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and it was quite spacious

Located away from the crowded downtown area of Suzhou, yet still close to shopping malls, this hotel offers very competitive pricing. However, the body lotion in the room was not refilled during my stay

The hotel exudes French elegance, and the breakfast is fantastic, especially the high-quality Western pastries. The buffet dinner on the first floor also offers great value for money

All the staff were incredibly friendly; Jessie and Layla were especially helpful, responding quickly and reminding me about the invoice, resolving everything swiftly and thoughtfully

I chose Crowne Plaza Suzhou for my birthday. Before check-in, Carrie messaged me and arranged a wonderful lake-view room, which I loved. She patiently answered all my questions

The indoor pool and gym facilities were excellent; my only suggestion would be to provide towels inside the changing rooms as well, rather than just at the entrance, for convenience

I'm back in Suzhou again, and this time I booked the W. I won't even mention the hardware; even though the hotel is a bit older, it's still well-maintained. The main point is to praise the service

The fitness center and pool are excellent, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Suzhou. The hygiene is also very good, and the lobby is impressive. The service is excellent; everyone proactively greets you

Our family chose to stay at W Suzhou this time. The hotel's location is excellent, connected to a shopping mall, and it's very convenient for taxis and has a subway nearby

Right next to Suzhou Center, with Jinji Lake visible from the window, the location is excellent with great transport links and beautiful scenery. While the hotel facilities aren't brand new, the service is outstanding

My absolute favorite is the hotel's pool facilities, especially the unique soaking tubs, large sauna, and the peaceful relaxation room where the essential oil scent helps you drift off to sleep

My stay at Hyatt Regency Suzhou was absolutely fantastic! The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The overall service was professional and incredibly attentive

My booking request was for a room on as high a floor as possible, and Butler Cindy pretty much granted every request. Communication was very pleasant. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou

This is a quiet hotel with complete amenities. The location is convenient, just a five-minute walk to Eslite Bookstore, and the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Suzhou, and I have to give Cindy a five-star review! When I was checking in, she proactively asked about my needs and thoughtfully upgraded my room

It was super convenient for visiting with elderly family members and children. The hotel itself is also very nicely designed, with an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a gym

This was by far the best hotel experience during my trip to Suzhou, highly recommended! It offers excellent value for money, seamlessly blending traditional Suzhou architecture and landscapes – every corner is a picturesque view

The hotel spans approximately 32,000 square meters and features 336 guest rooms. It boasts four dining options: Cuiyingyuan All-Day Dining, Haitainlou Chinese Restaurant, Ruimian Noodle House, and Taying Cafe

There are roughly 250-300 parking spaces available, along with leisure facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, tennis courts, an indoor golf simulator, and a kids' club

This hotel is definitely worth experiencing. It's located near Panmen Gate, and with your room card, you get free access to the Panmen Scenic Area, which basically becomes your backyard

This was especially wonderful during the May Day holiday when there were evening activities in the scenic area, making it incredibly beautiful

Hotel is right beside Suzhou Central Park & Central Park Metro Station. Big shopping centre opposite, and a few more big shopping centres within walking distance. Also quite a number of good clean massage shops nearby

Excellent location with a great breakfast and attentive service. It's definitely a top choice if you're looking for a hotel near the industrial park and exhibition center. The executive lounge was also a nice touch

I loved the plush bed, spacious room, well-equipped gym, and the uncrowded swimming pool. The breakfast spread was also very generous. Everything was just perfect and incredibly satisfying

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Suzhou Hotel and have to give a special shout-out to Harlan! He was genuinely friendly and professional, handling check-in smoothly and efficiently with great attention to detail

The warmest surprise during my trip to Suzhou came from Harlan at Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake, who not only checked me in quickly but also thoughtfully reminded me about the executive lounge's evening snacks

He even thoughtfully provided tips on local transportation and dining. The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment. The attention to detail was impressive

Today is the fifth day of the ***** New Year, and the weather is beautiful. My husband and I, an elderly couple, are on a self-guided tour of Suzhou. We're staying at the Novotel Suzhou SIP

The hotel provides free parking and access to a gym and swimming pool. The service from the staff, especially Gaoli, was warm and attentive

The hotel is right next to Metro Line 1, which makes getting around super convenient. They also offer free parking. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view. Serena provided very friendly service.

The hotel is located within the Jinji Lake Scenic Area, and the Line 1 subway station is right outside. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service is thoughtful and meticulous.

When Gao Li found out it was our first time on a self-guided tour and that we chose Novotel, she went above and beyond to optimize our room's orientation, floor level, and check-in time

A nice surprise to find that The Jinji Lake Film Memorial features sculptures and handprints of famous Chinese movie stars and directors, is just along the lake. The famous Eslite Bookstore is also very close by

Something I've never experienced at any other hotel both in China and worldwide. If you didn't bring, they do have it for sale here at RMB30 each. The pool is also freezing cold given that it's an indoor pool

A 60-square-meter suite with lounge access felt amazing. It's very convenient to get around; just a few hundred meters walk from Xihuan Road Station on Metro Line 1

This hotel is located right next to Dushu Lake Cherry Blossom Avenue, very close to the Christian Church, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning! 👍 You can see the church from your room, and the view outside the window is just beautiful! 👍 As for the service, it was excellent
