Suzhou, Intersection of Nanshi Street and No. 275 Suzhou Avenue East (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Decided last minute to take the kids to Suzhou, and after a lot of searching, I settled on the Hilton. Although it was pricey, the service, environment, and facilities lived up to the big brand name. The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel's pool, gym, and other amenities were all excellent.
The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, and microwave. There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby, plus a gym. It's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with direct access to Suzhou Center, Pingjiang Road, and more.
We booked this hotel because it was close to where my child had a competition, which was very convenient. The room overall was pretty good – clean and with excellent soundproofing; you could barely hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also quite substantial. After checking out, we were even given a parking voucher for the underground parking garage. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the...
I came to Suzhou for Liu Yuxin's Xanadu concert, and the hotel was very conveniently located near the Olympic Sports Center. The front desk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious with excellent facilities. The concierge staff were also very helpful.
I was a bit worried after seeing a few negative reviews before arriving, but everything went smoothly from the moment I checked in. The hotel environment is top-notch, and the staff are very welcoming. I was traveling with my child this time, so I chose a one-bedroom suite. The room was on the other side of the hotel, part of the extended stay section, and it was incredibly quiet and spacious. I was...
I came to Suzhou for Liu Yuxin's XANADU 2.0 concert. I chose Hilton because it's a well-established brand and not far from the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, which proved to be the right decision. I was very satisfied with the environment, service, and comfort. As soon as I arrived, hotel staff helped me with my luggage from the car, and then again when I got to my room. They also greeted me every time...

The hotel's location is excellent, with a fantastic view, especially at night. The room facilities are comprehensive, and despite being an older hotel, it doesn't feel outdated. The only minor flaw was a small gap near the wall where the curtain didn't fully close, which might just be an issue with this particular room. It's something that could be improved.
Whenever I visit Suzhou, I always choose to stay at Hotel Nikko. The service is consistently excellent, and the location is superb – right by a subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are very comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic. Every staff member, from the cleaning aunties to the front desk and concierge, is incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. It's super convenient as it's right next to Shizishan Station on Metro Line 1. The pool is great, and the night view from the room is lovely.
Great location! It's an established hotel that has all the essentials. They even included free tickets to Hanshan Temple and Tianping Mountain, and didn't charge extra on weekends, which was a nice bonus. I booked it for a client and they gave positive feedback.
The hotel is conveniently located, and the environment and hygiene are generally good. However, the service was truly disappointing. Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel by car, the bell desk staff's procedure for helping guests with luggage seemed completely untrained. Checking in and parking the car are separate tasks but can be done simultaneously. Directing guests to designated parking spots would...
JAL's service is excellent, and the breakfast is abundant. We chose a room with a view of Lion Rock, which was beautiful. It's also very convenient to get around, with supermarkets and shops nearby for shopping and dining.

The duty manager, Manager Zhao, contacted us even before check-in. He arranged a Hoopoe-themed room for us this time and informed us of the check-in details. April, the most beautiful time of year, and I took advantage of a rare opportunity to travel. A huge thank you to Liu Qin, our guide from the hotel, for making this trip so special. The room was very clean and tidy, and the environment was exceptionally good. It's right by Tongli Lake. The hotel itself is a Suzhou-style garden, and it's beautiful to walk around in spring. The photography service they partnered with was also excellent.
The newly renovated Tongli Lake Hotel is truly a breath of fresh air (I've stayed here before). From the front desk staff to the service personnel, everyone was courteous and polite, embodying the service standards of a five-star hotel. The breakfast is rich and highly recommended!
The environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent, making you feel right at home. I look forward to staying here again next time I have the chance.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The environment was serene and the place was spotless, making it perfect for a family vacation with kids. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was a great bonus; the photographer was incredibly nice. We'll definitely be back!

Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: Great location, and convenient parking.
Service: Attentive service.
Facilities: Well-equipped.
The room was spotless and the bedding was super comfy. Breakfast was great too! After eating, we went for a stroll around Baodai Bridge Park, walked along the ancient bridge, and took some photos.
The hotel is grand, the rooms are clean, the environment is beautiful, and the service attitude is excellent. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene and cleanliness are well-maintained.
Very close to Wuyue Culture Museum, about a 10-minute walk through the park. Also very close to Baodai Bridge, roughly a 10-minute walk. The hotel upgraded our room type, it was clean, and had a great view!
Arriving at Suzhou Baodai Bridge International Hotel by car, I was shocked by its grand venue and majestic momentum. The suite I stayed in was spacious and elegant, with double beds and a large living room. Each area has a balcony, and the lighting and ventilation are excellent. Looking down from the balcony, the Grand Canal is picturesque day and night, and the view is extremely wide. The breakfast...

Environment: Elegant, comfortable, and pleasant – a very enjoyable experience.
Service: Warm, attentive, and meticulous.
This is an older state guesthouse, and the location is decent. I arrived around 11 AM. Even though Ctrip showed plenty of available rooms, the front desk insisted I couldn't check in until 2 PM. I booked a room in the Diecui Building, which isn't lakeside. The room they assigned me was near the children's playground, so it was quite noisy. I wasn't thrilled with the room layout; the facilities are...
The room design is very good, and the center counter at the entrance is convenient for washing hands. The hotel environment is good, with a lake in front and a mountain behind. It's just not as big as imagined. The service is still very good. The restaurant front desk is very hospitable, and the noodles are really delicious.
I booked a garden view room at Dongshan Hotel. In the afternoon, I went to the front desk to upgrade it to a mountain view room for free. I am very grateful to the front desk lady and the handsome guy in the lobby for leading us back to the room. I didn't expect that there were two 1.5-meter beds in the room, and the space was also very large. They introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment to...
Su-style Aozao Noodle Set Meal: The hotel service attitude is good. The sewer was blocked when taking a shower at night. The waiter came to the room and took off his socks and took out the hair barefoot. The room was clean and newly decorated. There was a balcony and the air around the mountain was good. The set meal was also good.
The room was a little hot and the air conditioner didn't cool. The hotel has a great view and a great location. It will be better next time when the rooms in Phase 2 and Phase 3 are open. Everything else is satisfactory. The Su-style Aozao noodle set meal in the restaurant on the first floor: delicious, good service, and delicious steamed white water fish. Friends are full of praise.

After staying here, I'm already planning my vacation for next year to come back! Truly breathtaking. If you're coming to Suzhou, especially to Jinji Lake, the InterContinental is definitely worth it!
This view alone is worth the trip! Whether it's for a romantic anniversary, a family vacation, or a business trip, this is the best choice in Suzhou Industrial Park. I highly recommend booking a high-floor lake view room; it's absolutely worth every penny. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Suzhou!
Fantastic location with unbeatable lake views, right opposite Suzhou's iconic 'Big Trousers' building. The night views are stunning! It's super convenient for boat tours from the pier and lakeside strolls. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant served excellent food, and the overall hotel service was great. I'll definitely be back!
This hotel is perfect for a staycation! It was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a lake-view room where I could see the Jinji Lake Ferris Wheel and the beautiful lake. The Location: Right next to the hotel, there are several restaurants & a convenient store. Super convenient!!
Conveniently located in short walking distance from metro (7-10 min). Modern amenities, large rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet.
We stayed at the Grand Metropark & were so pleased with our suite. So up to date & spotless. My sister & I had separate rooms & the kitchen even included a washer! We were glad to have a chance to clean our clothes. The breakfast buffet offered foods to suit all tastes. The lobby was downright opulent. A delightful place to stay with a view over the city.
Great views of the city, staff here are very nice, super clean. In the industrial district so not much within walking distance but if yo need a reminder of home there’s a burger king right next door.

Although there seemed to be a slight staff shortage just after the Christmas and New Year holidays, which...
My 3 star is mainly for the service and food quality in their breakfast buffet restaurant. I stayed over the weekend and there were tons of guests having breakfasts. I noticed the servers were just walking around but not paying attention to the tables that had bowls and plates piled up, not clearing them fast enough. There are two dispensers for black tea and green tea, the table top was forever wet...
The room was thoroughly cleaned and very clean and comfortable.
It was spacious enough to open two suitcases with ease.
The service at the front desk and from the porters was also excellent.
Above all, the housekeeping staff was wonderful.
I would love to stay here again.
Luxurious comfort, room is spacious, so is the bathroom, with a huge bathtub. Great views with a full ceiling to ground glass. Excellent service too. Bed is firm but pillows are way too soft. They do offer a variety of pillow types you can order via their Mini Program in WeChat.
Location is a little off from most attractions, being surrounded by office buildings instead.
In general, a 5* stay in...

Rita is the best employee I have ever met
Hotel stay was very comfortable.
Breakfast options very good.
Is a 500 per night hotel without breakfast so bad... I went there only because of the bathtub. The pillows were very uncomfortable, one was down and the other was very low. In addition, there was no paper in the room and I called the front desk to deliver it. There were water stains on the glass door, the floor was not mopped clean, and the toothbrush was of poor quality, not as good as Hanting. The...
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and the food for breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to stay again.
Although this hotel is very high end there were a few things that I did not think was very good. Firstly, the level of English at the front desk was less than many other less expensive hotels. There was no soap bar in my room to wash hands when I arrived. There was a small rainstorm the night I was there and the noise on the window was too loud. The lobby looks beautiful (see photo).
Nice room, comfortable, friendly staff yet not really trained at the expected level for such type of hotel. It feels a lot of cost control is going on. A bit disappointing.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel's service was also excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Suzhou. 👍🏻
The room was very quiet and clean, and the service was attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel's architecture is quaint and elegant. We could see Jinji Lake from inside the hotel, and we enjoyed walking along the lake, even swinging on the swings by the Gate of the Orient. The kids loved it! The drinks at the bar were also very good. A special thank you to Canglan and Haitang for their warm...
An absolutely amazing experience! This hotel truly blew me away! It's such a hidden gem that genuinely deserves a review. I just hope the prices don't skyrocket after I share this, haha! I was incredibly satisfied with the hotel's ambiance, service, and price. You can really tell how much thought went into every design detail, perfectly blending with Suzhou's Song dynasty aesthetics – I absolutely...
Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Saw it a couple years ago on a previous trip of China and knew I wanted to come here. Very friendly and supportive staff. The Porsche sound system in the room was a really cool surprise! Breakfast was East meets West… Thank you for a very comfortable stay!
The hotel environment is first-class. This time, my daughter and granddaughter came back from New Zealand, and I brought them to Suzhou. I booked the Lamborghini Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The windows were tightly sealed at night, and I slept soundly until past 9 am. The breakfast buffet wasn't as extensive as other hotels, but everything was delicious, especially the noodles...
This is a really great hotel, with beautiful surroundings that are like a splendid garden. Outside, the scenery along Jinji Lake is stunning, and seeing Suzhou's iconic buildings from the lake boardwalk is spectacular. This hotel is perfect for travel photography! Highly recommend! 👍
