The hotel is ok overall. One advantage of this hotel is it’s linked to the Pan Garden and they offered free admission for hotel guests. The sound proofing of the hotel is not good and you can hear very clearly when other guests pull the luggage pass your room

It was an amazing cultural hotel. The room was clean and nice. The staff was good too. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The food was okay though. We had a weekend stay so the breakfast area was a bit too crowded so it was hard to find a table. I wish they had a bigger seating area to accommodate guests during peak time.

The exterior of the hotel is really beautiful, and love that it leads to an external garden. What could do some work is the toilet — the sink had some grime and the bath tub had discoloured patches. Other than that, still enjoyed my stay here.

The location of the hotel is great, being only a walk away from Jinji lake and the modern area of the town. It's roughly an hour walk from the old part of town (Pingjiang road etc.) which is also fine & quick if you go by taxi. The hotel room was clean and service was great.

I think I’ve rarely been this impressed with a contemporary hotel design that incorporates traditional Chinese elements. Service, though, leaves more to be desired. But given how well-meaning the senior managers seem to be, I have hopes it will be a stellar property one day. Their gym and sauna facilities are superb, after all, matched by their equally excellent in-room amenities.

Strategic location. The room is spacious. Polite and helpful counter staffs. The room can be warm with a centralised Aircon but an additional electric fan was given upon request. After all it is an enjoyable stay.
