This review won't be helping too much in today's time. But I went to Suzhou and stayed in this hotel for a few days 23 years ago. I still remembered how much I loved it. The entire hotel was so different than any hotel I've lived in. It's entirely classic Suzhou Garden themed. And it's extremely close to the famous 留园. Restaurants and food around there were really nice as well.

Would like to especially point out their food, probably the most impressive place during my trip in Suzhou, fresh ingredients with brilliant cooking techniques. If you do wanna try the real and proper Suzhou dishes, visit here.

It was a wonderful trip away from the city life. The luscious greenery of the mountains really gives that calm feel. We had the jacuzzi put on in the rain and it was so nice to enjoy the warm water in the cold weather. Staff were amazing and communicated via wechat.
