Decided last minute to take the kids to Suzhou, and after a lot of searching, I settled on the Hilton. Although it was pricey, the service, environment, and facilities lived up to the big brand name. The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel's pool, gym, and other amenities were all excellent.
The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, and microwave. There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby, plus a gym. It's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with direct access to Suzhou Center, Pingjiang Road, and more.
We booked this hotel because it was close to where my child had a competition, which was very convenient. The room overall was pretty good – clean and with excellent soundproofing; you could barely hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also quite substantial. The bed was too soft! It's an old hotel, but its location is a definite plus! It's very close to the subway station, the room was clean, and the Suzhou-style noodles for breakfast were delicious, plus they had doufuna!
The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly, proactively greeting guests upon arrival. When we requested housekeeping for the next day, they made sure to ask multiple times about the areas we wanted focused on, showing excellent service awareness.

The room was very clean and had a quality feel to it. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Gate of the Orient. Downstairs, there's a subway station, an English restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant. I stayed here for a business trip last time, and this time I brought my child. Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. As a member, I received free breakfast for my child, and all the services were very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor; if you have noisy neighbors, you'll need to ask the hotel to remind them.

This was a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to transportation. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided meticulous service. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!
The room was spacious and my stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and even upgraded me to a larger room. The transportation is super convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk to the subway, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere.

I specifically chose the Park Hyatt Suzhou for my trip to Suzhou, and my 3-night stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, and the staff provided wonderful service. I especially loved the beautiful floral arrangements throughout the hotel. My butlers, Iris and Tracy, also messaged me daily to check if I needed anything, consistently following up on service requests. Everything was great.
The bedding was very comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. My only minor discomfort was when I called concierge to ask when breakfast ended, and they told me 10:00 AM, but it actually ends at 10:30 AM. Perhaps I asked the wrong department, but that little piece of misinformation was a bit annoying.
Otherwise, I was very satisfied with everything else.
