Wow! Wow! Wow! Exemplary service by each and every staff, especially when we were stuck in a crisis. They have collectively set a gold standard in hospitality and ownership. The staff at Voco won our hearts.
Uber cool hotel in a plush location, cool rooms and interiors, amazing yet delicious food, added to the wow experience of the staff.
And the experience of meeting the Terracotta Warriors of Emperor Qinshihuang was a life changing event.

The rooms at voco Xi'an Economic Development Zone are clean and tidy, with excellent natural light, and the facilities are comprehensive and highly intelligent. The staff member Melody was incredibly warm and attentive, showing great care for our stay experience.

I'm so good at booking hotels! The black warrior terracotta warrior with sunglasses at the entrance is really interesting! The various Christmas decorations in the lobby are perfect for photos 📸.
The room was the best-equipped I've ever stayed in! See picture 5️⃣ for details! Drip coffee, capsule coffee, a coffee machine… it's perfect for a coffee lover like me; I could enjoy afternoon tea without even leaving the room!
The complimentary breakfast had everything! Chinese and Western dishes, plus Xi'an specialties: Roujiamo, Shaanxi-style mutton soup, Qishan noodles… absolutely more than I could eat! And the serving time was super long, which is great for someone like me who struggles with early mornings when traveling!
After eating, you can participate in some hotel activities! That day, I joined a DIY oil painting cake session, which was really fun 💯.
The 24-hour gym even has indoor golf 🏌🏻♀️, and there are towels and water on every piece of equipment – so thoughtful!

Had a great stay in this hotel! Room view was fantastic. The problem is that have to ask to change rooms several times as there’s a high chance of previous guests smoking inside.

Great location – super close to the subway and buses, super convenient! The room was bright, spacious, and very clean. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Really good value for the price, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! 😊

Excellent Hotel with amazing staff. Stayed for two nights during July 2025. The hotel is new and the rooms have smart features. Plenty of water bottles in the room. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of stations and it is simply delicious.
It was my birthday during the stay and the staff sent me a fruit plate. It was a fantastic surprise at the end of the day coming back to my room. Big warm thanks to each one of them.

I've discovered a new hidden - gem hotel! It has extremely convenient transportation. Just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to catch high - speed trains or reach scenic spots. The room design is full of style. The bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including both Shaanxi specialty dishes and Western cuisine. With such high cost - effectiveness, I fell in love with it after my stay!

My friend said the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was amazing—lots of options and delicious! Xi’an really lives up to its reputation as a foodie city. The hotel staff were professional and friendly—great experience, very satisfied!
