Stayed here as it is next to immigration office ad I lost my passport. Hotel and staff were fabulous. We had a large room with the most beautiful huge square bath, large shower and comfortable bed....and all curtains electric. Breakfast was varied to suit all and the coffee via machine was the best we have had. The swimming pool is huge, you can do laps easily as close to 25 metres long.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, using translate when necessary, Raymond came and checked that we were happy and even arranged an afternoon coffee for us

There are department stores and lots of dining options within a 10 minute stroll as it is in a domestic area it is great to see people strolling in the parks and hotel is very quiet.

This stay was great! The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you have a good night's sleep. The bathroom has dry and wet separation, stable hot water, and good quality toiletries. Although there are no smart devices, the infrastructure is very complete, the air conditioner, TV, wardrobe, etc. are smooth to use, and every detail is carefully considered. The staff member Xiao Xu is warm and thoughtful, cost-effective, and will choose again next time!

This stay experience was very good! The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. I am particularly satisfied with the facilities and equipment. The bathroom supplies are complete and of good quality. The room is also equipped with an ironing board and iron. The staff Ye Zi provided warm and thoughtful service, and the price/performance ratio was very high. I will choose to stay here next time!

The hotel is well-equipped, cost-effective, and has a good environment. The room is very good and I like it very much, especially the clean and tidy hygiene. It is completely comfortable to live in. The room layout is also large. Jingjing at the front desk provided warm service and checked in quickly.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, with convenient transportation. The room is very clean, and the display and decoration in the room are very Chang'an-style. Although the gym is not big, it is enough for personal exercise, and the water quality of the swimming pool looks great. It is quite cost-effective to add a relative to this configuration. The lobby manager Daisy took the initiative to ask if I need help, patiently helped me call a taxi to the bell tower, and brought me a bottle of water in advance. The staff always provide thoughtful service. It is an unforgettable trip to Xi'an!

This star-rated hotel is located on the North Second Ring Road. It has no shortcomings in decoration and facilities, and is within the taxi fare of the nearby business district. This time, my friend came to Xi'an and was very satisfied with the arrangement here. I am especially grateful to Ye Zi and Shi Xiu, who not only helped us upgrade the room for free, but also helped us solve various room problems during our stay. I will choose this place next time I come. Thank you again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, comfortable and very clean.. 👍👍 Delicious breakfast buffet. Inside the hotel is a small supermarket with all necessary things. Good location, not far from North Railway Station and downtown. Very satisfied, great.
