W Xian in Xi'an

A hotel full of design flair, with robot room service! The breakfast's oil-splashed noodles (youpo mian) were so memorable I craved them for days. No need to visit the Muslim Quarter food street – the hotel's chef is authentic enough!

The service was very responsive. I really appreciated the guided seating for breakfast, which meant I didn't have to wander around looking for a table during peak hours. I also got to try some Xi'an-style noodles. The lobby is indeed as dark as others have mentioned, but the room with a park view was beautiful. Definitely worth staying here.

The hotel truly excels in its choice of materials and overall design. From the expansive marble walls to the Bowers & Wilkins sound system, Samsung TV, Dyson hairdryer, and Davines toiletries, every detail, big or small, speaks to a commitment to quality. This ensures a comfortable and luxurious feel throughout the room's facilities.

The service is absolutely five-star. The turndown service, meticulous organization of cosmetics, tidying of clothes, and the frequent warm greetings from staff are all impeccable. Any requests for items to be brought to the room were met within five minutes. Disposable amenities were generously provided; if something ran out, it was immediately replenished, and often extra was given if used frequently, which truly highlights the staff's professionalism.

I stayed in the 'Wondrous Suite,' which was incredibly spacious, approximately 120 square meters. The balcony was so large you could practically jog on it! The bathroom was also huge, and the bedroom included a walk-in closet, while the living room featured a bar.

Breakfast offered a wide variety, mainly combining local Xi'an dishes with Western cuisine. There was an ample selection of carbs, protein, and vegetables. I particularly enjoyed the chicken breast; it was perfectly tender and not at all dry. My only minor complaint is that on the second day, due to the large number of diners, we were directed to the adjacent banquet hall, which significantly detracted from the ambiance. I hope the hotel's breakfast seating staff can be more transparent beforehand and offer an option to wait for a table in the main dining area, rather than simply stating the food is the same and ushering guests to the banquet hall.

Regarding the downsides: if you're driving, the hotel doesn't allow pre-registration of license plates, so you have to call the hotel to validate parking every time you leave, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the cocktails at the executive lounge could be improved; for example, the glassware often didn't match the cocktail, and the alcohol content was slightly below standard.

Overall, this hotel is a place where you can create lasting memories. Its service and design are truly impressive. While there are still minor details that could be improved, the core experience is exceptionally good.

The facilities are comprehensive and very easy to use, and the cleanliness is also very satisfying. The surrounding environment is particularly beautiful, with a heritage park right outside, making the location excellent.

My previous stays in Suzhou and Guangzhou were just so-so, so when I saw this hotel in Xi'an made Ctrip's annual list, I decided to give it another try. Overall, it was a great experience. The male manager at the front desk was quite efficient and assigned us a room we loved. As dusk fell, it felt like we'd entered a magical realm. The world outside our window instantly transformed into a Tang Dynasty night; Qujiang Pool was brightly lit, and romance was everywhere. Inside the hotel, the vibe instantly shifted to a nightclub style, with colorful lights accenting the dark decor.

The complimentary cocktails at the bar were decent, but the special concoctions weren't on the in-room drink menu.

I particularly enjoyed the hotel's gym and pool, which really set it apart from other hotels. The gym had a very dynamic and energetic atmosphere, and the pool featured a hot massage tub, which was incredibly relaxing.

The room was spacious, and the 1.5-meter twin beds were perfect for three adults and one baby. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. They provided a baby crib and baby amenities, and the mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary items, including red wine, white wine, and beer. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Xi'an. We had a lot of luggage, and they helped us with it immediately. For my birthday, they even sent a delicious and beautiful cake! We loved it.

The location is great and the bed in the room is big enough. The breakfast was a bit simple, probably because it was crowded and we were directed to another dining area.

This hotel's style isn't really suited for families with kids. The staff were very nice though. Overall, the lighting in the hotel is quite dim. People who like this kind of hotel would probably really enjoy it though. 😂😂😂 The pool had a really strong chlorine smell; I felt dizzy after going in.

The spiral art installation and climbing sculpture in the atrium were full of tension, boasting a strong sense of modern design.

The Tang Dynasty lady graffiti wall in the room was lively and eye-catching, perfectly complemented by the striped sofa and textured throw pillows, making the space both chic and inviting. The turndown service thoughtfully prepared a fruit platter and exquisite tea snacks. Special cocktails 🍸 could even be delivered to the room based on specific requests and tastes. I enjoyed a soak in the bath while admiring the dazzling lights of the Grand Tang Everbright City outside my window, a blend of ancient and modern night views that soothed away the fatigue of a day's journey.

The service was incredibly prompt, from check-in to in-room requests, everything was efficient and thoughtful. The youthful service attitude was very much to my liking. They even offered a complimentary hotel photoshoot! Whether you're looking to snap photos with the art installations or enjoy the city's nightscape, this place offers a vibrant trip to Xi'an.

From the moment I arrived, someone immediately came to assist with my luggage. At the front desk, the 'front desk sister' upgraded my room by two categories – first to the 12th floor, then further to the 18th floor. I also received a late checkout until 3 PM. During my stay, they provided numerous bottles of mineral water, toothbrushes, and razors. I even got to experience their 'Tipsy Duo' cocktail package. The service attitude was absolutely top-notch.

The service was excellent, and the environment was lovely. It was a fantastic experience, definitely worth multiple stays.
