Service: Alex was incredibly thoughtful. He even gave a toy to my child and granted us a late check-out. Excellent service, I'll definitely ask for Alex again next time. We received fruit and a gift, which was lovely. All the hotel staff were great.

Had a fantastic stay over the May Day holiday! The room was spotless, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around. Helen's service was super thoughtful; even with a lot of guests during the holiday, she was efficient and didn't drag. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

I traveled to Xi'an for a food tour, but unfortunately, I injured my leg on the second day, turning it into a 'staycation.' When I arrived at the InterContinental Hotel, the greeter immediately brought a wheelchair upon seeing my difficulty moving. They proactively handled my luggage and escorted me to my room, providing courteous and thoughtful service throughout – truly professional and heartwarming.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety, with some typical Xi'an specialty snacks. The Chinese restaurant's dishes were excellent. The Hong Kong-style char siu goose and crispy snowflake beef were incredibly fresh and tender. The honey glaze enveloped the meat, which was perfectly balanced between lean and fat, offering a soft, juicy bite, with a fragrant, slightly sweet caramelized crust. The crispy snowflake beef was rich and flavorful, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – truly living up to its reputation.

The hotel environment exceeded my expectations. It's right next to a subway entrance, which is super convenient, and across from a quiet park. Caroline was very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The breakfast was also good.

Stayed at InterContinental Xi'an Economic & Technological Development Zone with my child during the May Day holiday. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting 'Jiu Jiu Da Qin' and 'Romance of the Song Dynasty', and getting to the Terracotta Warriors is also quite manageable. The metro station right outside the hotel is an interchange for two lines, offering direct access to Yongning Gate, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Datang Furong Garden. This was a lifesaver during the holidays when it's tough to find a taxi. The breakfast was great, featuring classic Xi'an dishes, especially the roujiamo, which was delicious. Both my child and I loved it. We were very satisfied with our stay. After checking out, Vivi from the executive lounge called for a follow-up, and she was very patient. This hotel is highly recommended. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Great location, spacious rooms, and lovely views with good food. The steak at the rooftop restaurant was excellent. Special shout-out to the Zinnia Executive Lounge for their attentive service. I'd love to stay here again next time.

The room is quite spacious and the facilities are good. You might want to avoid peak times for breakfast to skip the queue. The complimentary drink in the plastic cup had a strong plastic smell. I hope the hotel pays more attention to these small details in the future, even if they are complimentary. Vivi's follow-up call was very friendly!

My stay here was excellent; the hotel truly excels in every aspect. The room design is well-thought-out with good partitioning, and the fixtures and fittings have a premium feel. The bedding was comfortable, though the room's orientation wasn't ideal. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the Roujiamo (meat burger) was delicious, even if it was mostly carbs – which is typical for local specialties. The service was incredibly responsive; they even delivered takeout directly to my room, a service not even offered at the InterContinental Sanlitun, and they were very fast. The hotel's location is also super convenient, situated on the central axis, making it easy to get anywhere.
I do have a few minor points for improvement: the bathroom door squeaked and hadn't been fixed, the exhaust fan seemed broken, and the Wi-Fi was very slow after 8 PM, which really impacted my experience. Also, typically executive rooms include a complimentary minibar, but here it was chargeable.

Room service was terrible, everything was dusty and not cleaned properly. The executive benefits were really poor, practically non-existent. The afternoon tea quality was awful. This is by far the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at.
