The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located, but what truly made my stay exceptional was Lily’s outstanding support and genuine care.
I’ve stayed in many hotels across different countries during business trips, yet I’ve never met a manager as dedicated and kind as her.
If I ever visit Xi’an again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation.
The room itself was perfect and very spacious and clean daily room service to a high-quality. 
Don’t get me started on the perfect location. It was close to everything easy to walk to all of the main attractions and so beautiful at night. Would recommend and come back any time.
