Fantastic stay with the kids! We booked a family suite which was really spacious. They had already set up children's toothbrushes, slippers, toiletries, and even a little tent, which our child absolutely loved from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring both adults and children could get a great night's sleep. The staff were very patient with the little ones too. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right next to a subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also just about a 10-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter. The lobby is grand and opulent, and the rooms are really spacious and clean. They provide plenty of toiletries. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and housekeeping is prompt. Thumbs up! 👍

1. So many things in the room were broken – the cabinet, the TV, even the air conditioning, which meant I woke up sweating at night. My complaints didn't help at all.
2. I stayed for three days, and on the last day, I asked for a late checkout, hoping to get an extra hour since my child might nap late. They outright refused, saying it wasn't possible and that I'd be charged. When I asked about the charge for one hour, they said there was no such option, only a 3-hour block for 199. I really didn't want to stay a moment longer after that.

The room is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and the mattress is super comfortable – I slept like a baby. The bathroom is clean with a great wet/dry separation. The lobby is grand, and the service is very responsive. Plus, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend it to all my friends coming to Xi'an!

This hotel was such great value for my trip to Xi'an! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it easy to get to the Bell and Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter. There are also plenty of snack stalls and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and I slept really well. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very friendly, checked me in super fast, and even recommended local sightseeing routes. The value for money is unbeatable – I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an!
