The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly. Everyone from the doormen, front desk, restaurant, fitness center, room service, to any staff member I encountered randomly, was pleasant, greeted me proactively, and went out of their way to help.

Check-in with the front desk lady was very quick. In the morning, I ran into the room service lady, and she promptly cleaned my room when asked, doing a very thorough job. Miss Ellie at check-out was also very friendly.

The fitness center facilities in the wellness area were excellent, and both the pool's changing rooms and the spa pool were great. The overall environment was quiet and clean, with staff constantly attentive to cleanliness or checking if assistance was needed.

The room assigned this time was slightly older but well-maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely return.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the staff are all patient and enthusiastic. Ellie thoughtfully arranged a quiet-facing room for me, and Gloria shared information about nearby attractions and great food spots. It was a really good stay! 👍🏻

From our initial booking inquiry, Skyla's professional guidance immediately put us at ease. Upon arrival, Judy and Kelly's warm and efficient welcome made us feel right at home. They were always smiling, and patiently answered all our questions. Throughout our stay, we experienced their seamless teamwork: the front desk staff was consistently warm and attentive, and the sales team promptly addressed any needs we had. Their collective team spirit and high service standards were simply impeccable. Highly recommend!

Overall, this hotel doesn't really give off a particularly luxurious or premium feel. The lobby seems quite small, and there's no on-site parking, which makes the whole place feel rather underwhelming.

I stayed for two nights. During check-in, I sat in the lobby for a while and accidentally left my wallet there. I didn't realize it was missing until I was already preparing to head back to Changsha. I called the hotel, and they had kept my wallet safe and sound. I'm so incredibly grateful! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an. This experience has certainly increased my positive impression of Hilton.

Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading us to a suite – it significantly boosted our comfort!

The suite's layout was traditional yet very practical. The toilet and bathing areas were separate, and the double vanity sinks were quite spacious, making it incredibly convenient for two people to get ready simultaneously in the morning.

Breakfast was very generous. I highly recommend trying the noodles with *saòzi* (minced meat sauce)!

I would definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip. It offers excellent value for money!

The service was incredibly attentive. Since we were staying with our child, the staff thoughtfully arranged a king-sized bed for us and even provided special children's toiletries. The pool area also features small interactive wading pools, perfect for parent-child fun. We recommend visiting when it's not too busy.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Western cuisine was excellent and highly recommended. Its proximity to Metro Line 8 station makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel is located right across from a park, which is perfect for a pleasant stroll in the morning or evening.
