Hotel let the guest to smoke everywhere lobby, in front of the lift,in the toilet, in the room. smell so bad. The food is OK.

When I inquired about nearby attractions and transportation, the staff patiently explained and offered practical advice – their attention to detail was impeccable. They responded promptly to any follow-up needs, maintaining a consistently warm and professional attitude that made me feel incredibly welcome. This home-away-from-home service is truly impressive; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The breakfast at the Tianyi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! It offered both Chinese and Western dishes, with an exceptionally wide variety. The Chinese porridge was thick and delicious, and there were also freshly cooked wontons and spicy stew; the chef even proactively asked if I had any dietary restrictions. The freshly ground coffee was fragrant, and there was a good selection of drinks! The dining area was clean and tidy, and the food was replenished quickly. The chubby girl in the breakfast restaurant was particularly enthusiastic and provided attentive service, guiding me to my seat and offering helpful reminders. The breakfast hours were also convenient; even if I slept in, I could still catch it. After breakfast, I felt energized, definitely a plus for my trip!

To judge a hotel's quality, just look at the bathroom. There was no showerhead, the bathtub drain was old, and showering was inconvenient.

The staff appeared friendly on the surface, but provided terrible service in practice. The prices were the highest in the area, the facilities were the oldest, they wouldn't turn on the heater on a cold day, they were impatient with customers at the front desk, and it took an hour for food to arrive at the restaurant. The staff were treated like ******.

We were upgraded to a business king room for free. The room was very large, but the facilities were surprisingly outdated. The air conditioning was practically useless, the lighting was dim, and the showerhead only had a few holes with water. Getting into the bathtub was a real test of leg flexibility. This kind of decor would have been great 20 years ago, but it's incredibly shabby now.

The reception is very welcoming and ready to help with everything! It is very important especially for the foreigners in the unknown city, when you do not speak Chinese!!! I was very surprised to have a heater in the room when I said that I felt cold during my previous stay. I'm also grateful for the snacks and fruits that were brought to my room in the afternoon. I'm very touched! Thank you! 🙏🧡
