Holiday Inn Express XI'AN NORTH by IHG in Xi'an

The service was great, and Sherry was very patient. The parking lot is at the InterContinental Hotel, not downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast tasted good. I did some laundry when I got back in the evening, and the laundry detergent worked really well. Everything was good overall.

I'm a regular guest here. It's great value for money, and the front desk staff, especially Baade, provides excellent service.

Xiao Geng at the front desk was very warm and attentive, and the environment was clean.

Jessica provided excellent service, and the hotel overall was great. They even prepared breakfast for me since I was checking out early, which was a thoughtful touch.

My room, though not large, was clean and tidy, which was very comfortable for a business traveler like me. The check-in process was handled expertly and professionally, without any unnecessary formalities.
On my second night, smoke from the adjacent room seeped into mine through the ventilation system. I called the front desk, and they promptly sent air freshener and an air purifier, but neither helped much as the smoking continued. Unable to sleep, I called the front desk again at 1 AM. The night staff told me they'd arrange another room. I mentioned my belongings were still in the old room, and he replied, 'No worries, just go and get some sleep.' The new room was quiet and smoke-free. So, I ended up staying in two rooms in one night at this hotel, and the best part is that the price was incredibly reasonable – excellent value for money. A big thumbs-up to the staff for their outstanding service! That’s why I’m writing such a detailed review.
Exceptional people deserve recognition, and quality service should be known to all; otherwise, it’s unfair to those who strive while others don't.

Moreover, for less than 300 RMB a night, the hotel also offers a decent breakfast. Besides vegetables and meats, there were delicious 'Rou Jia Mo' (Chinese meat burgers) and exquisite pastries. While the variety might not match a five-star hotel, you can tell that every dish is prepared with care. I stayed for two days, and the breakfast items were different each morning, all tasting excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very close to the Administrative Center subway station! There are two large shopping malls nearby! This is the most bustling area in Xi'an's northern suburbs! The price is a bit high, but overall it's pretty good! Convenient for both business trips and tourism!

Stayed for six nights in Xi'an and was very pleased with the hotel's service! It's a 15-minute taxi ride from Xi'an North Station, right next to the administrative center and Wangfujing Department Store, making dining, shopping, and subway access extremely convenient. The service staff was excellent, providing attentive service throughout my stay, and breakfast could even be packed to go. Thumbs up!
