I had a very satisfying stay. First, I particularly love the Ji Hotel's signature scent; that tea fragrance is incredibly refreshing. But of course, the most important thing is the comfortable pillows and duvet. For someone who travels frequently for business, a good night's sleep is crucial, and that's why I always choose Ji Hotel – their bedding is so comfortable. And the tea set! Even though I didn't have time to sit down and brew tea this time, the aesthetic of the tea set alone was pleasing to look at.

The front desk service was excellent. I was in a hurry to go upstairs and pack my luggage, and as I passed the front desk, they proactively told me my room card needed to be reissued. In the past, I've often gone all the way up to my room only to find the card wouldn't open the door, then had to come back down to get a new one. This time, the front desk truly saved me a lot of time.

Great location! I booked this for a friend who was attending a banquet. The room was clean and within budget. It's super convenient with the subway nearby, and getting taxis or finding places to eat was a breeze. Plus, it offers excellent value for money, even cheaper than booking directly through HUAZHU.

The room was very clean, and there was a subtle, elegant tea fragrance upon entering. It had a minimalist, natural wood style, and the bed was very comfortable. Facilities: Very new. Hygiene: Very clean.

The overall environment is very comfortable, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good rest. The location is very close to the exhibition center, about a 10-minute taxi ride away. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making for a great overall experience.

To start, my overall impression of this hotel was not great.

I'm usually a pretty easygoing person, but even I found the stay unsatisfactory.

The cleanliness was acceptable. However, the breakfast area lacked sufficient tables and chairs, and there was a limited selection of congee. On a positive note, the female receptionist was very polite.

I strongly suggest removing the requirement for front desk staff to persuade guests to download the Huazhu app, or at least disassociate it from their performance metrics. As someone who frequently stays at Ji Hotel, I find myself repeatedly downloading, installing, deleting, and uninstalling this app. Here, they tried to get me to install it again, and when I said I already had it and didn't need to, the receptionist became visibly annoyed. When they're unhappy, the service quality drops. When the service is poor, guests leave negative reviews. It's a vicious cycle.

Business travelers like myself need powerful, feature-rich apps that offer everything from flight and train tickets to hotel guides, not single-purpose apps that just take up storage space. Instead of forcing guests into this uncomfortable situation, perhaps invest in developing a more comprehensive ecosystem for your own platform.

No matter what the hotel's reply is, I stand by my assessment.
