I took my child to see a doctor in the hospital and stayed in a hotel nearby.
For the first time, I encountered a lot of bloodstains in the pillow core (the bloodstains on the other side were large, and the child was clamoring for a cell phone so I couldn’t take a picture). Then I called the front desk and asked to change the pillow. The front desk’s answer surprised me and told me to turn it over to sleep on the other side. (The tone is very impatient, as if I am making a fuss),
I asked for the second time, and the front desk replied that the hotel did not have extra pillows to replace, and there was nothing they could do.
The third time I requested it, a security guard came. He looked at the pillow and said it wasn’t blood, it was just the cotton wool of the pillow that had been washed over time. [Emm] This is treating me like a ****.
Finally, I made a strong request and said that not all the rooms were full. You can go to the empty room and give me another one. As for how to deal with this, it’s up to you!
In the end, the security guard brought another one to me [angry], so irritating.
