Good enough to extend your stay. There is some bizarre drilling background noise that seems to occur all night. And the shower is completely transparent so not great for any but couples or solo. Still, if you have work to do, then this is a great stay for the value.

Staff is very kind and helpful. The room was good. You can walk easily on the new renovated foot path to the subway station with many local food shops and restaurants along the way.

If I recall correctly, this should be my fifth stay here. Due to work, I've been coming to this area almost once or twice a month this year. In this price range, I believe this hotel offers the best value. To get a fridge, a washing machine, and such spacious rooms at this price point is truly exceptional value for money!

The service attitude was terrible, I'm speechless. It was really something when the apartment price dropped halfway through. It took forever to change my booking and check in, and they only agreed to change it after I complained. I specifically asked to be away from the elevator, and they put me in room 8622, the first room right by the elevator – absolutely unbelievable! The guy at check-in acted like I owed him money. The air conditioning system was bad; the heating turned into cooling in the middle of the night, freezing me.

**Facilities**: The facilities are not good, old and run-down. There are barely any power outlets.
**Environment**: The environment is poor.
**Service**: The service is absolutely abysmal.
**Hygiene**: Not good.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was filled with delight. The front desk check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff, smiling and proactively providing directions to nearby attractions, were incredibly thoughtful.

The room was even cleaner and brighter than the pictures showed. The bedding was soft, like a cloud, and I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom had a perfect dry/wet area, and the toiletries, with their subtle woody scent, were of the same quality as high-end brands. The most surprising thing was the window overlooking the city at night. Sitting by the window at night was incredibly relaxing, perfect for sipping tea.

This hotel, with its impeccable service, ambiance, and attention to detail, is highly recommended to anyone visiting this city!

They kindly upgraded my room because I booked the wrong room. However the fridge in the room does not work & do not have shower curtain. About 10 mins walk to a large shopping mall.

I was travelling with my cat, and this is one of the few cheap pet friendly hotels out there. If your pet doesnt make too much noise it won't be an issue. The service is generally good and the room clean, but the building is basically falling apart. My first room was leaking water through the ceiling, and the helpful staff quickly assigned me to a new room, even at the early hours of the morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
