Excellent new hotel with good bed, good pillow and clean. Pick the 4th floor or request for 4th floor as there’s individual aircon control. Fast food and and some restaurants near to the station but not much bars around. Follow signs for Shi Long road from railway station. Mostly sheltered/underground walk way so no worries about rain. Car drop off is a bit troublesome as there is no official drop...

Good choice if you are heading south and have to take a train ealy at Shanghai South Station. Insist to get a room with a real window.

Very convenient location. If you are from Shanghai south railway station, exit through south gate and use the underpass to exit at Shilong road. The hotel is just next to that exit. If you are using metro line 1, 3 or 15 use exit 2 and the underpass to Shilong road.

Hotel is next to train station which is good. Laundry service is good as provide support for free. However, hotel doesn’t feel like 4 star may be just 3 star, found string of blood on blanket which hotel changed right away.

Really good days in the hotel. It is very near to the south train station and also there is a metro station together, so it was very easy to go the Bund and other places. The hotel is very new and the staff is very friendly. The staff helped me in everything. I recommend this hotel.

Nearby train station , just few minute walking distance

The location is super convenient, and it's really quiet at night, so I slept well. The front desk service was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities around the hotel, making shopping very easy. Breakfast was pretty good too, and the self-service laundry was a nice bonus.

The room was satisfactory, quiet, and very clean, with full amenities. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and deserve praise. Breakfast was also plentiful, with hot milk and hot soy milk. The chicken noodle soup prepared by the auntie was also fantastic. This hotel is just a few hundred meters from the South Station (South Plaza), right across the road. I'll definitely stay here again...

This was the worst value for money room I've ever stayed in. Perhaps it's because it's close to Shanghai South Railway Station, but for 486 yuan, the room was only about 10 square meters, and it was either a corner room or had no window. The breakfast was also very simple with limited options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was fresh...

Booked this hotel for a business trip. Overall, the service was excellent, and they even deliver food orders right to your room.

The room is compact. Apart from the stains on the hallway carpet, everything else is fine and generally fits the budget-friendly category.

Excellent! Every time I return to China, whether to visit friends or for business in Shanghai, I always stay here. The service is attentive, and the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Shanghai South Railway Station. The hotel's front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, and I'm especially grateful to them.

I came for the Import Expo a few days ago and booked a Deluxe Family Room for two. This was my second stay. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location with a Southeast Asian style, and the room had a lovely fragrance. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, about a 10-minute walk. The Deluxe Family Room was on the first floor and was quiet, but it was smaller than I had imagined...

The service was very thoughtful; they called to check on us when we arrived late on our check-in day. The breakfast was quite good, and the environment was very comfortable. The location is also extremely convenient, just a stone's throw from the South Station. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The family room was fantastic! What stood out most were the children's books and the cool bunk beds. My kids immediately started reading – it was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was also very rich and varied.
