The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and beds very comfortable. The distance was a bit further from the airport than expected and given time of day of our layover (arrival after 9pm to hotel) and morning departure we didn’t get to see much of the area which we had hoped to do. Still very lovely place to stay

Convenient location, very spacious. A lot old, some mold and smoke odor in the hallway. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and professional; they even upgraded our room when they saw we had a child!
The location is incredibly convenient for transport; it's just over 200 meters from Metro Line 2, which offers direct access to The Bund, Lujiazui, Hongqiao Railway Station, and Pudong Airport. Conveniently, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and even a Hema Fresh store right downstairs – fantastic! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The rooms were decent, and the front desk service was very good. We were traveling with family, but unfortunately, there was a slight sewer smell in my parents' room.

Overall, it was quite satisfactory. The place was very clean and well-maintained. My room faced an inner courtyard, which ensured a quiet stay. The service was also pretty good, with staff being polite and courteous. For the price, the facilities were quite decent.

**Location:** Just a 3-minute walk to Century Park Station on Line 2, making it incredibly convenient to reach all major attractions, including Lujiazui. There are also plenty of fantastic dining options nearby. Highly, highly recommend!
**Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean! The only minor issue was a faint smell from the drain, but everything else was perfect.
**Value for Money:** At 280 a night for a twin room, considering the prime location, generous room size, and excellent cleanliness, it's an absolute steal! Unbeatable value.
**WiFi:** The internet speed was quite slow 😭.
**Room Size:** The room was incredibly spacious, and the huge windows were a fantastic bonus. Simply perfect.
**Soundproofing:** Unfortunately, if your neighbors snore loudly, you will definitely hear it 🥲.
**Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean! The only minor issue was a faint smell from the drain, but everything else was perfect.

The room was spacious, reasonably clean, and quiet. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom drain was clogged, almost causing an overflow. On the flip side, the location is truly excellent. It's very close to the subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around via public transport. The hotel also offers a morning shuttle service to the exhibition center. Right downstairs, there's a grocery store and various restaurants, which is incredibly convenient.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a suite. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, and it's conveniently located very close to the subway. We even cycled to the Shanghai Museum East. Dining was also very convenient. Our room was spacious and very comfortable!

The room was beautifully decorated with a warm and comfortable color scheme. It was spotlessly clean and even came with a smart toilet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; traveling with elderly family and children, we were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which truly exceeded our expectations. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station. The value for money here is simply unbeatable!
