A nice room with Window.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a while. A major concern was when the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking, while we were still inside. I believe the hotel should implement stricter vetting or training for its outsourced personnel. On the positive side, the front desk staff were excellent. Also, the view outside our window was of a rather strange alleyway.

The front desk service was exceptional; they were always willing to go the extra mile. Returning to the hotel in the evening, staff would even kindly ask if I needed more bottled water or toiletries. The room itself was spacious and had a good, practical layout. The soundproofing was quite effective, as I experienced no disturbing noise during my stay. The comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. It was also convenient to have food deliveries brought directly to the room door. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiling. The location is excellent; my primary destination, the Oriental Pearl Tower, was only about 2 kilometers away and a quick taxi ride. With China Resources Times Square right nearby, dining and shopping options were abundant and hassle-free.

Helpful and friendly staff, strategic location and comfy room to stay. Sound proofing was not great though, can be noisy if travelers next door were loud.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 7-8 minute walk from the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Finding a comfortable budget hotel with such great value in the prime Lujiazui business district, particularly near Yaohan Times Square, is truly a pleasant surprise.

The location is superb, right next to Century Avenue Station (connecting to Metro Lines 2, 4, 6, and 9). A well-connected bus stop is just 20 meters away, and Century Link, 96 Plaza, and Bailian Century Plaza are all within easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are right on its doorstep, providing everything you could need.

The Poting Hotel rooms are located on the 2nd and 4th floors, and both the management and hygiene standards are excellent. Robot delivery service handles parcels and food, while card-controlled elevators enhance security by restricting access to guest floors. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive.

While the rooms aren't huge, they are fully equipped and don't feel inferior to those in star-rated hotels. I specifically booked a four-hour day-use room during the Gaokao period, and it was perfect for a midday nap. The XiaoDu smart assistant service was very convenient. The rooms have window screens, allowing for fresh air circulation, and the air conditioning also works well. Smart toilets and new room facilities add to the comfort.

Overall, the stay experience was excellent, and I'm very satisfied.
