Amidst my tiring journey, this hotel offered just the right amount of comfort and peace of mind. The room was clean and elegant, with thoughtful details everywhere. The service was gentle and polite, always available without being intrusive. I had a wonderful night's sleep, waking up feeling completely refreshed. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again to unwind and create beautiful memories.

Our stay at the East Damingyu Hyat Hotel was a wonderful surprise! First off, our room was on a high floor, and the view from the 43rd floor was absolutely incredible – a perfect spot to take in the entire Chengdu cityscape. The hotel's facilities were also excellent, definitely meeting five-star standards, with a swimming pool and gym, although we didn't get to use them due to our tight schedule. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. We received a call from the hotel concierge two days before check-in to ask about our needs. Upon arriving at the hotel's ground floor, staff were there to promptly guide us to the 33rd-floor lobby. The reception staff were also very polite, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the waitstaff were proactive in asking about our preferences, providing thoughtful and considerate service. It left a fantastic impression on our whole family.

Before I even checked in, the butler reached out to me. It was only after our conversation that I realized I had carelessly booked the wrong room type.
I was initially hesitant to book this hotel because it had opened quite a while ago, but my worries were completely unfounded. Upon arrival, I found the facilities to be very well-maintained, and it's clear they've undergone renovations since opening. Many small details were excellent.
The overall ambiance is grand, and the breakfast spread is very rich.
The toiletries provided are local brands, and the lotion was quite good.
The location is great; you can spot the hotel's tall building as soon as you exit the subway. There are plenty of local eateries on the surrounding streets. It's just one subway stop to Chunxi Road, which is the perfect distance.

I went to Chengdu for New Year's Eve and decided to stay here the first night. To my surprise, it was really great! The location is convenient, with plenty of local snacks and delicious food nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk to the metro station. In the evening, you can stroll along the Jinjiang River, where there's a night market with street food, people admiring the lanterns, taking photos, and waiting for the New Year. The hotel felt very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
