The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent.

The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious (even better than other restaurants in Dali!).

It was a bit of a shame that it didn't offer the tranquility and relaxation I expected. The hotel is under expansion, and the construction noise was quite loud during the day.

I would recommend driving here, as the location is rather remote, and you can't see anything after dark.

Five-star recommendation for Dali Kongyuanzi B&B! The courtyard is serene and elegant, surrounded by lush greenery. You can see Cangshan Mountain as soon as you look up – the view is absolutely stunning. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet high-end decor. The owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Spending leisure time sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the breeze and just relaxing, feels incredibly healing and far away from the hustle and bustle. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Dali!

The courtyard garden views are absolutely stunning, with lush greenery creating a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. The room is bright and comfortable, offering an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and the afternoon tea has a fantastic ambiance. The butler service is attentive yet discreet, ensuring great privacy. Sitting in the garden, sipping tea and enjoying the scenery, you can even catch the Cangshan sunset in the evening. A vacation here is incredibly relaxing – highly recommended!

Traveling with friends, we found the most relaxing way to experience Dali at this guesthouse. The room wasn't cluttered with unnecessary decorations, yet it exuded a sense of calm everywhere. The sunlight, tree shadows, distant mountains, and Erhai Lake – all the beauty was framed right by the window. Sitting by the window in the evening, watching the sunset, sipping tea, and chatting, I absolutely didn't want to leave. As someone who appreciates details, I was thrilled; everything from the tea set to the storage was thoughtfully designed. And an unexpected surprise – there's a garden restaurant in the courtyard! The owner's Bai cuisine was incredibly delicious. No need to stress about finding food outside; here, meals and coffee are all taken care of. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. It's a hidden gem of a guesthouse that I'd definitely want to visit again!

This was by far the most comfortable stay I've had in Dali! The 'empty courtyard' (空院子) is anything but empty; it's full of delightful surprises. The large bathtub in the 'Pastoral Hot Spring King Room' is a huge plus – being able to soak while gazing at Cangshan Mountain and the idyllic scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The public areas, like the cafe and restaurant, have a wonderful ambiance. Sunbathing, sipping coffee, and then enjoying a hot meal – I just didn't want to leave. And I have to mention, the Bai dishes made by the kind lady there were absolutely delicious! The room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful details, and the service was even more attentive. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Dali!

Chose the perfect spot for a romantic getaway with friends ✨. The room was clean and exactly my style. The sheer curtains, warm lighting, and tree shadows outside the window were absolutely captivating. Sitting on the balcony, watching the mountains, clouds, and the sun, time just seemed to slow down. The service was attentive, and breakfast was included during our stay. The rice noodles cooked by 'A-niang' (a term of endearment for an older lady) were delicious! Overall, the environment was clean and it truly felt like a secluded little haven where you could completely relax.
