Cleanliness: The room was very clean.
Service: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. When checking out, they even gave me a sweet orange aromatherapy travel set and some water.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting around by taxi. It was close to all the streets I wanted to explore, and there was a mall right across the street for easy shopping. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless. The beds in the family room were large enough for a comfortable sleep. Plus, ordering takeout from nearby restaurants was a breeze.

The room was clean, though a bit stuffy. The breakfast was rich and tasty, and the location was quite convenient. Overall, it was decent. The staff were very welcoming. However, the price increased during the holidays, so it wasn't great value for money.

Very satisfied! The environment and service are great, and it's super convenient for getting around. The hotel breakfast, especially the beef noodles and rice noodles, were delicious. In the evening, you can easily walk to Nanqiang Night Market, it's only about a kilometer away. Super convenient!

This is a very new hotel, a 10-minute drive from Kunming Railway Station.

Facilities: Very new, the gym has cardio equipment, and there's a laundry room.

Cleanliness: Superb, no issues at all.

Environment: The surrounding area is quiet.

Service: Great. They even helped me do my laundry when the washing machine was occupied.

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are warm and attentive, and the rooms are clean and tidy with smart appliances. The robot delivery service for takeout is very convenient. I especially loved the orange-scented toiletries.

Excellent, excellent! Everything was great. The breakfast was plentiful, the bedding was comfortable, the location was easy to find, and the staff's service was very attentive. It's truly excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The first night, the room I stayed in had a constant buzzing sound, possibly electrical, after the lights were turned off, making it impossible to sleep. I was temporarily moved to a twin room that had been converted from a family room. It was very spacious with good facilities, but then I encountered issues with dirty hand towels and a window that wouldn't close properly, all of which were promptly resolved. The location is a bit of a walk from Kunming Old Street, but taxis are cheap. They even gave me a souvenir when I left, which was a nice touch.
