The hotel's decor is really unique; I especially loved the white bed canopy. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. The room service response time was top-notch! I wanted two extra bottles of water at night, and the robot delivered them less than 3 minutes after I hung up the phone. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room, though not large, was very clean and tidy. The staff service was excellent, and I really liked the room's decor. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick. Breakfast was plentiful, and parking was super convenient with both underground and outdoor options. There's also a commercial area nearby, making it easy to find places to eat. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The service team is professional and highly efficient, providing meticulous care from check-in to check-out with incredibly quick response times. The rooms are clean, tidy, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and the bedding is supremely comfortable. Both the hardware and software services are of an exceptionally high standard. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking quality!

Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and the front desk staff had a lovely smile. I requested an extra blanket in the middle of my stay, and it was delivered within five minutes of hanging up the phone – super efficient! The housekeeping staff were also very polite; they’d always step aside and greet me. Very well-trained. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, expecting no one to be around, but the front desk attendant was energetic and welcoming, even delivering milk to my room. As someone traveling for business, that kind of warmth late at night truly touches you. The service was excellent.

The room was incredibly spacious, offering fantastic value for money. The BBQ joint across the street was delicious, and the hotel's underground parking was huge. Plus, there's a fast-charging station right next to the hotel, making everything super convenient.

Excellent stay, great ambiance. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. The front desk lady was very kind and polite, and even upgraded my room without me asking. A truly comfortable experience.

The room is spacious, the environment is good, and the hygiene is decent. It would be even better if they could provide disposable cups, laundry bags, and disposable toilet seat covers. The surrounding area is also quite lively with plenty of food options.

Came to Kunming on a business trip and stayed at their hotel. It was very good. The hotel facilities were also very good. The room type was upgraded and there were free fruits and drinks in the room. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and recommended places to eat nearby. I also saw jacaranda trees next to the hotel, which was quite satisfactory.
