The room was spotless, and the kids' suite had so many thoughtful touches that made the children incredibly happy. The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive. We had an early flight the next morning and wouldn't have time for breakfast, so we mentioned it to the front desk. To our surprise, they even prepared a cold breakfast for us when we checked out. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Kunming!

The hotel's environment and cleanliness are top-notch. Immediately after I settled in, a room attendant delivered some welcome fruits, snacks, and milk. The location is superb, with Metro Line 6 right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient for catching flights. I slept soundly all night, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and bright, with ample space, perfect for families traveling with children.
Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful; the staff even proactively notified us when we accidentally left some items behind.
Location: The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the subway station exit, and the pedestrian street is very close by, making it super convenient for getting around.

The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view, though I completely forgot to take any photos! I highly recommend this place. The location is superb, right next to the subway station, which makes shopping incredibly convenient. The breakfast was very generous and a hit with both seniors and kids.

It was quite late when we arrived in Kunming and checked into this hotel. The facilities and decor are traditional, but you can truly feel the hotel's dedication to service and its distinct cultural charm. My child wasn't feeling well and vomited during the night. The next day, I sheepishly explained the situation to a staff member, and they promptly helped us change the sheets. For a mom traveling with family, doing the laundry is often the biggest hassle. I had washed a large load and hung them to dry in the bathroom. When we returned to the hotel, I found that they had thoughtfully provided a drying rack and neatly hung up all the clothes for us, even leaving a note. Thank you, Lingling! (We also accidentally left behind my child's doll and a bath towel during our stay, and they helped us retrieve both.) This was truly one of the most heartwarming moments of our trip, and I extend my sincere gratitude to you all. I wish you all the best in your work and hope your hotel continues to thrive!

For this trip to Kunming, our family of five specifically looked for a hotel with convenient transportation and close proximity to the pedestrian street. After browsing hotels and guesthouses directly within the pedestrian street area, we found them either too expensive or with poor hygiene, so we eventually settled on Haitain Hotel. It offered excellent value for money and was very clean. We booked three king-sized rooms and stayed for three nights. The hotel is only two metro stops from Kunming High-Speed Railway Station, and it's right across the street from the metro exit. Jinma Biji Archway and the Old Street are also within easy walking distance. From our room windows, we could even enjoy views of the Kunming city streets. The only slight drawback was that rooms facing the main street could be noisy at night due to car horns. However, the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. Overall, it's a great choice!

On my first trip to Kunming, I specifically chose this hotel because of its location right next to a subway station. It's incredibly convenient as Airport Metro Line 6 provides direct access. The hotel itself has a very pleasant atmosphere, is exceptionally clean, and the staff offer excellent service. I had a very comfortable stay. Being centrally located, it's also just a short walk to Kunming Old Street. I highly recommend it.

Service: Outstanding

The hotel boasts a classic, elegant decor. Its location is superb, with Tangzixiang offering convenient access to all areas. There are also numerous dining choices in the vicinity. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the delicious rice noodles.

An excellent hotel, very centrally located and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We booked a family room, which featured two separate rooms, providing ample space for the kids. The hotel's service and overall ambiance were excellent, and the breakfast was also fantastic. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kunming.
