The front desk staff were friendly and helped with our luggage. The location is great, within walking distance to Cuihu Lake and the old town. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a great design, I suspect the owner is an interior designer. The room was very spacious, the environment was clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk lady personally escorted us upstairs, and her service attitude was fantastic. It was the most satisfying night I've had in Kunming.

The room size was quite spacious and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathtub, which wasn't very clean. I'd suggest the hotel provide guests with bathtub liners or disinfectant wipes; that would be a more thoughtful touch. The location is close to Cuihu Park, and it's also a 15-minute walk to Kunming Old Street. The front desk lady provided excellent service, which was a huge plus. My room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator, so she helped me carry my luggage.

The location of this room is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Cuihu Lake and Kunming Old Street, and right next to the Cuihu Coffee Street area. Waking up in the afternoon and finding a cozy cafe to slowly sip a coffee – that's the life! Morning Light Douhua Mixian, Taixiao, Galla Canteen, Lielie Celebration, and even 'Shangshan Hecha' (Go Uphill for Tea) are all nearby. Getting around for our three-day trip was incredibly convenient. The room itself was also clean and spacious.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is very close to Kunming Old Street and Cuihu Park, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also not far from the subway station.

The location is fantastic! It's right on the way to Cuihu Lake after you exit the subway, and there's a coffee culture center right outside the door. While it's not a super short walk to Cuihu Lake, there are plenty of small shops to browse along the way, so I ended up going to Cuihu Lake both the first night and the next day, haha. There's also a bus that goes to the zoo. However, they really should change the shampoo; my hair was still tangled two weeks after using it! On the plus side, the front desk lady was warm and friendly, which was a nice bonus.

We had such a lovely stay here with my family during our first trip to Kunming. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful.
They kindly helped us with our luggage, carried everything up the stairs, and personally showed us to our room. They even gave us a short tour and explained everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything, no matter the time of day.
We truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness shown to us. The staff made our stay so pleasant and comfortable, and we are leaving with such a wonderful impression of the hotel.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. We’re already excited to come back to Kunming and stay here again! ❤️

The location is excellent, right between Cuihu Lake and Kunming Old Street. Both attractions are within walking distance, and it's very close to the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I usually stay at chain hotels like All Seasons or Atour, but this one exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The price was great, and the room was spacious. The front desk lady provided excellent service, even helping us carry our luggage up to the second floor. Overall, the service was fantastic. It's a very comfortable stay for families, and highly recommended if you're visiting Kunming.

The hotel is amazing — I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. The location is a 10/10: it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the park, in a perfect area with lots of lovely cafés, and around a 15-minute walk to the Old Town across a beautiful bridge.
The rooms are fantastic — extremely clean, tidy, well equipped, newly renovated, and really beautiful.
The service was also exceptional. Magena at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even sent me recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and where to eat in Kunming. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help.
I originally wasn’t planning to stay for so long, but I ended up extending both my trip and my stay at the hotel because I liked it so much. 10/10 — highly, highly recommend!
