My stay was very pleasant. Since I had a lot of luggage, they upgraded my room. The hotel room was spacious and well-designed, with elegant decor. The lavender-themed paintings were a unique touch, creating a lovely ambiance. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, really helping to ease my travel fatigue. There was also a sofa seating area where I could relax in my free time. The lighting was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment for a good rest. The infrastructure was well-maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended.

Every time I'm on a business trip, I stay here. The rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to find food and taxis downstairs. The front desk service is also fantastic; they even gave me a free upgrade and always greet me when I leave.

The hotel staff is really nice and the rooms are well kept too! The hotel is really near the high speed rail station as well.

There are several hotels in the building, so waiting for the elevator took a bit long. The room was spacious enough and well-equipped, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the cleanliness in the corners. The breakfast was too simple. The location is quite good, making it a decent option for a layover.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was very thoughtful; she even gave us breakfast vouchers because we needed to update our ID information (even though we had an early morning train and missed breakfast). What's really worth mentioning is its excellent location, very close to Kunming Railway Station. It's just a short walk and a turn from the hotel, making it perfect for those arriving in Kunming and transferring to other destinations. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel.

1. There was a protruding screw on the chair in my room, and I unfortunately sat right on it. It was incredibly painful. 2. The curtain switch was installed incorrectly (see video). 3. The showerhead holder in the bathroom was broken. 4. When I held the chair up to the light, I saw it was covered in stains. 5. In the morning, I found a toothpick and a clump of hair near the corner of the bed by the wall. It was quite disgusting, so I didn't bother taking a picture. For a mid-range, scented hotel chain under Jinjiang, this level of hygiene and these facilities are unacceptable. The management is an absolute mess. It took the front desk almost an hour to respond to issues 1-4, offering to switch rooms. By that time, I was already getting ready for bed, so what was the point of changing rooms? After another half an hour, all I got was a simple 'sorry' and nothing else. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
