This hotel is conveniently located less than 2km from Shuhe Ancient Town and a 15-minute taxi ride from Lijiang Ancient City. The hotel itself is set in a large garden with dozens of individual villa-style buildings, and the rooms are spread throughout these villas. The breakfast restaurant offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The biggest highlights, besides the mountain views, are the hotel's unique 'Pet Paradise' featuring alpacas, miniature horses, goats, black swans, and even two border collies. The service is also excellent; the duty manager, Christina, was very friendly and even gave a doll to my child upon check-out. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Shuhe Ancient Town, and offers views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The property is quite large with well-arranged and charming garden views, making a stroll around the hotel very pleasant. It's fully equipped with facilities, including dining options, and the hotel activities are diverse and very entertaining. They offer travel photography, have animals, and even handicraft workshops. All the staff are very enthusiastic. The duty manager, Christina, even gave a doll to my child at check-out, which made my child very happy. We'll definitely come back again if we have the chance.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The rooms are spread across several villas, with a few rooms in each. The service is incredibly warm, prompt, and helpful. From the lobby, a golf cart will take you to your room, and you can also call for a ride from your room. However, walking is also a good option – it's not far, and the surroundings are very pleasant. There's a large lake with black swans, and a garden with an alpaca and pony. It's a truly delightful place. Christina at the front desk provided excellent and enthusiastic service. This hotel is highly recommended!

Excellent! The room facilities are great, the hotel environment is lovely, the breakfast is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the activities are enjoyable. All in all, it's definitely worth staying here. You can sit outside in the breakfast area and directly view the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – beautiful scenery, delicious food, and a wonderful mood. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The room was great, with a nice separation between the living and sleeping areas. The balcony offered a clear view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. All the staff were very enthusiastic. If you're feeling lazy and don't want to go out, the hotel's food options are enough to satisfy you! The hotel also offers various parent-child activities.

The hotel boasts convenient transportation, making it easy to access all attractions, and it's very close to the ancient town. Although the hotel is over ten years old, it's been well-maintained, and the facilities are complete and in great condition. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a good view, making for a very comfortable stay. There were plenty of activities, including interacting with small animals, and many other engaging options. I highly recommend the free tea tasting and the SPA massage. Bella's service was very patient, and she genuinely inquired about my stay experience. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to friends. Definitely a five-star rating!

The hotel boasts a truly beautiful and serene garden landscape, and it's conveniently located very close to the scenic area. In the mornings, you can enjoy stunning views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the hotel's common areas. They even have various animals like swans, ornamental fish, donkeys, and alpacas on site, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable for a stay. The service is excellent; the hotel is very responsive to any needs. The rooms themselves are quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is rich with many choices. There are also plenty of activities. Strolling through the hotel's garden, breathing in the fresh air, is incredibly refreshing and makes it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. Christina at the front desk was also very patient and asked about my stay experience during check-out. Highly recommended!

Our experience at the Jinmao Purelax has been fantastic. We loved the scale, style and cleanliness of the park! We dined in one of the restaurants, which was also very good. We even got a free room upgrade from Bella. She has been particularly attentive during our stay.

The room was very clean, and the furnishings felt high-quality. Plus, there was a washlet! The hotel offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from various angles. My child absolutely loved the fish feeding, animal feeding, and fishing activities. Breakfast featured a great variety of local specialties, including freshly squeezed watermelon juice. We also enjoyed a Peking duck and Yunnan cuisine meal, which was quite good overall.
The whole experience was excellent and offered great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Lijiang left a deep impression on me! The hotel is located near Shuhe Ancient Town, allowing guests to experience the unique charm of Naxi culture while enjoying modern luxury and comfort. The lobby design seamlessly blends traditional Dongba elements with contemporary art, immersing you in a rich ethnic atmosphere the moment you step inside. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with wooden furniture and ethnic embroidery complementing each other perfectly, offering superb views. The service was consistently warm; the front desk attendant, Christina, even gave us a small gift upon checkout. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves authentic Yunnan cuisine, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring various Lijiang local specialties. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!
