It was originally a guesthouse, but it was fairly clean and the service was quite good. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the subway station, about a 1.5-kilometer walk… and the location was a bit out of the way, with dim streetlights and few pedestrians on the way back at night. Anyway, the room was clean, so these issues were negligible. However, when I got back, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned that day, and the trash from the previous night hadn't been taken out. The front desk said it was a mistake… speechless. And the free water they provided daily had a manufacturing date of December 2024… even more speechless… The tea bags were from July 2024, with a three-year shelf life, which was one thing…

The hotel is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Baochu Road and Tianmushan Road, very close to Zhejiang University's Xixi Campus and conveniently located near West Lake (just a few minutes by shared bike, and two bus stops away). The rooms are clean, the front desk staff are friendly and quick to resolve issues, and the price is reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Before coming, I looked at many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose this one because it was very cost-effective. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. There was a free laundry room where you could dry your clothes directly after washing. The parking lot was also free. I highly recommend this place to tourists. It is quite close to West Lake and Wulin Night Market.
