The hygiene was a bit poor, and the room was small. Everything else was just okay, but the breakfast was decent.

Upon check-in, they asked if I wanted an upgrade. I said no, and then they started complaining about all sorts of issues with my room. Then I asked how much it would cost, and it was 40. I said no, and after repeated inquiries, they finally got really rude.
In short, I felt like I was being coerced. If I didn't upgrade, they'd give me the worst room.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a very bad experience.

The room was good and cost-effective. The only drawback was the lady on duty when I checked in in the early morning of the 20th. I was the person who made the reservation. I also handed over my ID card and asked for the room number. I actually had to ask my friend who was checking in to come downstairs to pick me up in the middle of the night. Finally, I called I called my room to ask a friend before giving up. My attitude was very arrogant and unpleasant. After returning to the room, I heard from a friend that the employee had conflicts with other customers during the day and was beaten. I have to say that it was very satisfying. As a service organization, hotels should standardize the basic qualities of employees. Work rights are not rights. They must understand their own positioning. The other staff and the cleaning lady are all lovely, and the breakfast tastes very good.
