The breakfast was delicious, but I missed the tea (there was tea in the room). Staff, kind and helpful. As is common in China, most communication is done through a translator.

The hotel is a bit pricey, but it's very convenient for sightseeing around West Lake. The reception is right in front of the lake, on the busiest street along the shore. A taxi from Hangzhou Railway Station costs about 12 yuan. No one speaks Japanese. If possible, it's best to book a lakeside room.

The location is good, but it's a bit far from West Lake. There's free food and drinks; they have wonton soup at 10 PM. The lobby is comfortable; we can play cards and drink. The downside is that the rooms are too small for two people. I'm not sure if this is a common problem in tourist areas. Overall, it's a good choice.

The hotel is neat & clean. Room design is good. Staffs are friendly & nice. Received some ammenities and snacks when checking in. Overall have a pleasant stay here.

Great location! Public transport and dining options are abundant nearby, making it super easy to get around by foot or subway. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended – it's practically a buffet, haha!

Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, Manager Ma quickly stepped in to help, and their excellent service attitude made for a very satisfying stay in the end. The massage chair was a lifesaver after hiking, really helping to ease the fatigue. Plus, having a mall and various restaurants nearby was really convenient.

For the May Day holiday, I chose this location which avoids traffic jams and offers convenient access to transportation and dining. Stayed two day i actually do love it

Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. The location is right next to the commercial district, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway, and when I couldn't find my way, the front desk even came out to guide me. Okay. But old building. The carpet at the hallway alao dusty. We book room with massage chair. Infront got one halal restaurant 'lanzhou lamien'. The toilet is not very clean. Doesnt look like Holiday Inn. Didnt try the breakfast.

The location of Home Inn in Hangzhou is excellent. 3mins walk to the subway station and 1-2mins walk to the WuLin Night Market. However, the cleanliness could be improve, and the room facilities are a bit outdated.

For layovers of more than six hours, this hotel is a great place to rest. Even if the staff doesn't speak English, they'll be happy to help you with a translation device. You can also conveniently take a bus to the airport.

Pretty old hotel, air conditioner should be cleaned, bad smell from it. Heavy traffic around, windows has to be closed.

The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that's understandable given Hangzhou's prime location. The amenities are all new, including central air conditioning and a Xiaomi TV. Although facing the street, the windows are soundproofed and not noisy.
