The hotel environment is lovely. Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained. Since our room only included breakfast for two adults, Niska, the front desk attendant, was incredibly nice and gave us a complimentary child's breakfast. She also helped coordinate our room. In the evening, we received a complimentary fruit platter, cookies, and even samples of ALBION essence water and sunscreen in our room! The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn't have bed rails. As it's a family-friendly hotel, I hope this can be improved upon, especially since my child ended up on the carpet in the middle of the night. 😂

This is my second time staying at the Sheraton Hangzhou Xixi Wetland, and the experience is still absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right next to Xixi Wetland, so stepping out, you're greeted by lush greenery and a super comfortable, verdant environment. Dining options nearby are also very convenient, with tons of amazing food. It's incredibly easy to get around and explore, making it perfect whether you're bringing kids for a fun getaway or accompanying elders for a relaxing and peaceful stay. It’s a convenient and worry-free trip, making it the top choice for a family vacation.

The hotel's location is great, with beautiful scenery all around. It's lovely to take a stroll around the hotel after breakfast. The room was spacious enough, but the soundproofing wasn't the best. My daughter and I are used to sleeping with goose down and feather duvets, so we both commented that the blankets on the bed were too stiff. The hotel service was good, and the complimentary afternoon tea burger set was surprisingly delicious.

My first stay here was absolutely delightful! The front desk and room service were meticulous and attentive. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the Chinese restaurant served exquisite and delicious dishes. Getting to nearby attractions was very convenient. It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway, leaving me in a great mood.

Facilities: Complete, the swimming pool is clean.
Cleanliness: Very good, extended stay cleaning was also thorough.
Environment: Beautiful, quiet, suitable for vacation.
Service: Very thoughtful service, they even gave us an extra breakfast when they found out we were a family of three.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the free section of Xixi Wetland. It's also very close to the transfer point for Lingyin Temple. It's incredibly quiet, and the soundproofing is great – even during the May Day holiday, it didn't feel noisy. However, there are two things I was unhappy with. First, most of the breakfast dishes had chili, which isn't very kid-friendly. Second, the breakfast really wasn't good. Why would you boil corn in milk? And the fried eggs all looked completely different. Breakfast was truly subpar. Also, the air conditioning system in the room wasn't good. It was noisy and blew a strong, dry draft, and the cooling effect was mediocre. Plus, there was no constant temperature system. If these two points were improved, it would be excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is right next to Xixi Wetland. The breakfast area overlooks a small lake with some wild ducks and birds, and the breakfast itself was pretty good and varied. We also got a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room, which was quiet at night. However, I was woken up around 4 or 5 AM by birds chirping outside. Also, there's a lot of willow catkins in Hangzhou this time of year, so we couldn't open the balcony door for fear of them blowing inside. They kindly allowed us a late checkout until 1 PM. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The Sheraton Hangzhou Xixi is incredibly rejuvenating. Its Jiangnan garden style is elegant and serene, and it's right next to Xixi Wetland, offering lush green and water views from every window. The rooms are spacious and clean, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathroom is luxurious and well-appointed. Service is attentive and prompt, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The pool and public areas have a fantastic ambiance. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely be back!

My friend insisted on staying at this hotel when he visited Hangzhou, saying it was really good.
