Upon entering, the staff greeted us warmly, and they even upgraded our room for free during check-in. We received small gifts both when we checked in and checked out. The room's amenities were very child-friendly, making it truly the best family-friendly hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The environment is great, like a natural oxygen bar, bringing you close to nature. The kids' meals are delicious, and my child finished every single dish every day. The room service for food delivery is also excellent, with thoughtful delivery right to our room door. Fantasyland is really fun and huge, allowing parents to relax and not have to constantly watch their children, as they can play independently. The water park is spacious, and the water temperature is perfect regardless of the season, keeping the kids entertained. On our last day, we tried the Koala Jungle Adventure, and the children were all very brave, pushing their limits. We'll definitely come back to try the red and purple routes next time. This trip was very satisfying, and I'll recommend Senbo Hotel to all my friends.

The room environment is good, and there's a lot to do. My cabin was also a quick walk to the main building, and parking didn't take long. Since it was the May Day holiday, it was crowded, and rooms weren't ready until 3 PM. If you arrive early, I recommend storing your luggage and going to explore first. We chose to play at Fantasy Island, and they even gave us a pair of non-slip socks for both an adult and a child. I also added our butler, Shanshan, on WeChat. She was very attentive and always answered my questions. When we left, she even gave a practical little gift for the baby.

Overall, a pretty good experience! The service was attentive and prompt, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely enthusiastic, which is quite rare and truly appreciated. The resort environment is lovely, with lush greenery and fresh air. The only minor downside was the airplane noise, but other than that, no complaints! I deducted half a point for facilities, as the room interiors could use an upgrade. Thank you! I'll definitely recommend it to friends!

The hotel room was excellent, and the overall environment was great too; the kids absolutely loved it! We didn't get to experience the travel photography service, but the breakfast buffet was especially rich and varied. A big five-star shout-out to our butler, Xingxing, for providing impeccable service throughout our stay.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that were baby-friendly. I loved that the balcony allowed us to dry clothes and enjoy the views, though the soundproofing wasn't the best. It's super close to dining and entertainment options, and the staff were really warm and friendly.

This is a fantastic family-friendly hotel! The room is full of thoughtful details for kids, like soft padding on all the corners, a children's stool in the bathroom, a child's toilet seat, and even a shampoo cap for kids. There are also plenty of activities within the hotel, so you can easily stay here without needing to go out – perfect for 'lazy' parents. The service is excellent too; our butler, Tongtong, was incredibly attentive. She even prepared a birthday cake for us since it was my child's birthday during our stay, and gave the kids a souvenir upon check-out. So many thoughtful touches! Definitely worth another visit!

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The restaurant has a rainforest theme, with lush greenery and atmospheric lighting that makes dining feel like an adventure – perfect for a family outing. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including seafood, BBQ, hot pot, and desserts. The ingredients are fresh, and items are replenished promptly. The teppanyaki and dessert sections were particularly delightful. The service was exceptional; staff were diligent in clearing plates and very friendly. A special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Shanshan, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, responding quickly to all our needs and making the experience truly outstanding. It's also very child-friendly, with baby utensils and a kids' dining area, making meal times easy and enjoyable. If you're visiting Senbo, you definitely have to try it!
