Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou! The lobby's horse statue is such a unique photo op, really sets a festive Chinese New Year mood! The environment is impeccable, with a vibrant and festive lobby decor. You can walk to the stunning West Lake, and even with the rain these past couple of days, the 'Cloud-Kissed Misty Rain' scenery was breathtaking, with the lake and mountains reflecting beautifully. The room had a great view and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was absolutely outstanding; as soon as we arrived, someone was there to introduce the facilities, and they pre-arranged our room. The concierge helped with luggage in the lobby, and check-in was incredibly smooth. They even proactively suggested local attractions. Housekeeping was super meticulous, cleaning thoroughly every day. They even arranged our rooms on the same floor, and all the amenities were convenient and worked perfectly. Staying here was an absolutely top-notch experience!

Stayed at this hotel with my family, and we were so impressed by the festive Chinese New Year decorations in the lobby! The beautifully adorned red tree created such a wonderful holiday atmosphere, and my kids couldn't stop taking photos next to it. The horse mascot photo op, featuring its cute rear, was definitely their favorite spot. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable; our room was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, proactively helping us with our luggage and recommending local attractions. The hotel is connected to Kerry Centre, and West Lake is just stunning – like a painting, with its misty rain and picturesque scenery reflecting on the water. The hotel facilities are also excellent; the pool and gym are top-notch. This is definitely the perfect choice for a family trip.

The hotel's decor is elegant, and the front desk and concierge staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and thorough. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is superb, very close to West Lake and not too far from the train station. The room I booked included complimentary West Lake boat tickets, which made it excellent value for money. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Its location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful West Lake Scenic Area and Hangzhou's largest night market, Wulin Night Market. You can enjoy the sights and delicious food along the way. The hotel's service, facilities, and cleanliness are all satisfying. The breakfast buffet is also very welcoming. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

This hotel lobby really knows how to create a festive atmosphere! The Year of the Horse mascot photo spot is amazing for pictures – the vibrant red 'Fu' (luck) background paired with the cute horse plushies is super photogenic.

I honestly couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness. The floor next to the photo area was so polished it reflected light, and all the little details around the room were spotless. The bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable.

The service was absolutely impeccable. They helped deliver takeout, offered recommendations for local sights and cuisine, and proactively provided water. Even at checkout, they gave a warm send-off, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The entire lobby was filled with a strong New Year's spirit, with red lanterns, seasonal flowers, and the mascots all coming together to create an amazing ambiance. Just a short walk away, you can enjoy the stunning scenery of West Lake – it's picturesque! The lakeside area is bustling and beautiful. All the in-room amenities were perfectly set up too; the AC heated up quickly, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Staying here for a few days, I was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! ❤️❤️❤️

Shangri-La, as always, delivers high quality. The staff are very polite, and the breakfast is plentiful with local specialties, which was very satisfying. The hotel is connected to Kerry Mall, and just outside the door are scenic night markets, making it incredibly convenient.

I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the lobby felt so bright and clean, full of festive New Year cheer. The bedding and towels in the room were fluffy and smelled like they'd been sun-dried. The staff, both the guys and girls, had fantastic attitudes – super responsive and always happy to help with anything we needed. The kids' amenities and fruit were also a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing in the room was good, the air conditioning worked great, and the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast. It was truly a comfortable stay! o(^▽^)o

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, very close to West Lake and the Intime business district, which makes shopping super convenient. It's also easy to enjoy West Lake at night, just a short stroll away. Wulin Night Market is right around the corner downstairs, and it's really lively! There's also Su Xiao Xie nearby, which I loved! All in all, it's convenient for everything! The service from the hotel's butlers, Sara and Emma, was truly outstanding! 🥰🥰🥰 Highly recommend! 👍➕
