We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it. The proximity to the sea is wonderful. Room etc was all as it should be, self service dining room was good with range of good quality food. We would return.

Lovely quite location. Comfortable hotel with decent food buffet. Parking a bit crazy, but usually found somewhere in road to park.

The hotel is excellent and so is the staff. Food and accommodation at a decent level. The complaint is the hotel's beach and the arrival of people who are not hotel guests. They use umbrellas and sunbeds for free, occupying them all day, so there is often no room for hotel guests.

This is a great base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. The Villa is a house built on four levels. The bottom two are the hosts and the top two floors are split into four apartments and two bedrooms. We unfortunately booked the bedroom which was very small for a double room. We moved to Villa Panorama after spending 4 nights in hectic Dubrovnik. Plat is a great location if you wish to experience the local life of Croatia. Within walking distance you have more than 5 beautiful beaches to choose from. The sea is crystal clear. My friend and I had a great time. Paula was very kind and always available to help us. The room was very clean and the sea view was spectacular!! They have their own parking lot on the street, but unfortunately there are only four spots. Dubrovnik city center is 20 minutes away from the apartment. If you want to relax with an incredible view, I recommend this place.

I first booked a room for 6 days, but then I saw there was also an appartment available, so Paule (the owner) changed it for me, for almost the same price! I am so happy and grateful about that. The appartment is amazing and super clean. She cleans it every day! This I did not know, which made me even happier. It had all I needed, also a Moka coffeemaker. You can also rent a beach towel for 5 euro...

Absolutely loved staying here! Paula and Drago were so incredibly kind, helpful, and made you feel like family ~ love them so much ✨and there is a family of turtles that live and roam the grounds there!!

A fantastic stay in a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast in the room each morning was great. Being met at the airport and then gate to the old town was an excellent service and made sure we found the hotel. Lovely holiday experience at family run Villa Samba, from friendly welcome on arrival to departure no complaints. Swimming pool is spotless and always room around it with parasols and cushions. Met by Nikola on our arrival and enjoyed a delicious glass of his own red wine ! He briefed us on the locality and gave us tips for getting around. Fourth day of our holiday well what can I say!, this place is just amazing, the superb hospitality, apartments are so clean and you everything you need. The pool has a jacuzzi which is an added bonus and the views are out of this world it’s peaceful just what we wanted. We will definitely be back!, thank you to the owners 🥰

We enjoyed the most amazing stay at the Scalini Palace. The staff, the room, the location, the breakfast in the room were all amazing! We cannot fault any part of our stay and would definitely come back again!

It was the best lodging for a short trip to Dubrovnik with access to all the attractions. It was clean and very comfortable. The mini-kitchen was also very convenient. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with small kitchen. Besides stairs a bit steep, to be careful while walking up the stairs (and carry luggage), others are fine. Great location, can enter through Ploce gate to avoid the long stairs down to hotel. Great breakfast set served in room. Baby cot available upon request

Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.

Pack light, you’ve got 4 flights of stairs but it’s worth it and they will send someone to handle your luggage if needed. The room was really great, and the location ideal.

Beautiful hotel and spacious room with a great view. Indoor pool, hot tub and jacuzzi are great extras. Good location for cafes/ bars. Bus stops right outside hotel for the old town. 15 minutes and about £1.60 per person.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was clean, and the customer service was perfect. The only complaint is the poor condition of the pool; it wasn't well maintained, with quite a bit of mold and a dirty pool area.

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a treat. The hosts were really helpful especially when we were really late arriving. The air-conditioning is great. A few things needed to be fixed like the doors didn't all shut and the lock in the bathroom dodgy. These are minor issues. It is a good place, good location and good value

We visited Dubrovnik for our friend's wedding. I cannot fault the hosts at all - they pre-arranged transport for us from the airport, very helpful as travelling with a two year old. Hosts were very helpful, and explained the easiest ways to get around, as well as showing us on the map where specific places were (shop/bus stop etc). Even carrying our cases upstairs, great! Stayed 10 days October 2025. Hotel is family run and very relaxed. The staff are just great and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic views over one of Cavtat’s bays. I just spent a week at this hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel is spotless and the staff are all super friendly. It is up the hill a bit but you can take the no 10 bus one stop and then walk back down if hills aren't your thing! If you go to Cavtat, you should definitely stay here.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff... I stayed in early May and Marine and Nicolina at the front desk were amazing. I hope I got their names right because I would always mess up their names and we would laugh about it. Oh and great location just a few hundred meters north of town but near to a market and a quick walk to the ferry. A minor thing was no hot pot so I had to regretfully ask Marine...

This boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay for my Old City Dubrovnik visit! The staff are pleasant and helpful and the room was fantastic. The hotel is a block off the main thoroughfare (Placa) and was quiet in the evenings. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

Beautiful art hotel in the center of Dubrovnik old town - less than 10 mins walk to all major spots. Our room was thoughtfully decorated and Matija was very friendly and welcoming during the check-in procedure.

terrific staff, nice room, great location. As with all hotels in the 'Old Town', you must walk from the city gate (with your bags) to the hotel, sometimes through narrow streets, up abundant stairs and on uneven roads, but this hotel was easy to get to and just one set of stairs to climb.

Everything was perfect. Room clean and well maintained. The staff were particularly friendly. The location is great just off the Main Street and prices at bars and restaurants therefore cheaper.

the place is very convenient walking to old town Dubrovnik. It is directly on the main street into town, so you have to be careful stepping out onto the street. The windows are good, so much of the road noise is suppressed. Our Superior Double room was extremely small, too small to be able to get in and out of our bags, and it was also quite dim in the room. I saw the picture with the ocean view...

Very convenient location close to old town. Breakfast was filling with hot omelet or pancake served. Coffee was bland drip coffee. Room is unique and cave like which fits into the natural surroundings.

We had a great 3 night stay right outside old town Dubrovnik at Villa Allure. The room was clean and spacious and the sun beds and pool area were a great extra touch! Maria, our host, was excellent. Very good location, easy to take bus to the old town. Clean and large room. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Services in the reception and breakfast team are very nice, always smile. The only weak point which is parking is limited and have to book in advance.

We had a pleasant stay at Boutique Hotel Porto Dubrovnik. The location is great — just outside the Old City, peaceful yet still close enough to reach the main attractions easily. It’s also near the main bus station, with a supermarket and a nice local bakery within walking distance. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh bread and pastries. The only downside is that the drop-off area...

Smooth check-in. Very centralised location. Big room and able to book parking for €10 per day. 5-10mins stroll to the harbour (see photo).

Made a cancellable, last-minute reservation here when our flight out of Dubrovnik was delayed. Staff were very pleasant, rooms were spacious, and breakfast was fantastic. There was an issue with water when we arrived that maintenance needed to attend to but it was resolved in a few hours and the hotel was generous about offering to fully reimburse our stay if, worst case, the issue was not resolved

The location of Boutique Hotel Porto is OK which is just next to a bus stop which you can take a few routes of bus to the old town. The room is spacious and the staff is very helpful. The major problem of the hotel is its facility which always has some minor issues causing much nuisance, eg the door of the shower cabinet can’t close properly. These are all minor issues but should not happen.

Very nice place. Clean close to the sea. And just 15min with uber to the heart of Dubrovnik.

Decent place to stay with shops nearby and beach as well, checking in was bit of mission as we had to go into sheraton for the check in.

All good but they didn’t give us a room which one we booked. Said that the apartments has some issues but it didn’t look real.

The neighborhood is quiet. Accessible by car and public transportation. Staff responsive to residents / visitors needs.

The property is part of the Sheraton so it’s very elegant! It was difficult to find out where check in was because there were no instructions or any hint that this property would be located in the same property as Sheraton. The place is beautiful, safe, clear and very comfortable but I have ONE complaint ! They said amenities were NOT included, in other words, you get s room that’s right by the pool...

Beautiful location with great beaches around, quiet away from Old Town with plenty of supermarkets around. We had dinner on the balcony each night whilst watching the sunset. The place is slightly older, but the air conditioning in every room kept us cool with ample space for everyone.

Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.

Our apartment was amazing, we had an ocean view and could sit on our balcony watching the sun set over the mountains and ocean...it was breathtaking. The receptionist (Zeljka) was so wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again but even for longer next time.

Just returned from a week stay. We had a superior room which was serviced every day. A bit old fashioned which added to its charm. This was the birthplace of a famous Croatian opera singer and the house is right there on the promenade with every local amenity available. Bus station is right around the corner and it is only a short distance to the airport. Staff are friendly and breakfast is adequate...

The place is nice, but they don't clean the rooms, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There's no breakfast on site; we have to go to a pizzeria, and this idea was only communicated to us the day before our arrival. There was nothing we could do. On our last day, we had to leave at 7 a.m., and they didn't help us arrange anything for the pre-paid breakfast because the pizzeria only opened at...

Lovely small hotel in great location This is a charming place in a wonderful location in the seaside Lapad area of Dubrovnik—away from the tour buses and cruise ships, but an easy bus ride or Uber to the walled city. The most convenient accommodation in the old town, no need to drag luggage up the stairs, the facilities are complete and very beautiful, with a kitchen, laundry and drying, convenient for traveling anywhere, the service staff are very dedicated and patient

It feels great to live in the ancient city. The main street of the ancient city is just outside the door, which is very convenient and the room is very clean. The top floor suite is very spacious and highly recommended. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, haha.

Great hotel in the old town. It is very convenient to visit the old town in the morning and evening. It is retro style, with wooden floors and wooden furniture. There are stoves, pots, utensils, microwaves, kettles, and you can cook simple meals. The bathroom and washroom are large. Very clean! Like it very much!
