This boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay for my Old City Dubrovnik visit! The staff are pleasant and helpful and the room was fantastic. terrific staff, nice room, great location. As with all hotels in the 'Old Town', you must walk from the city gate (with your bags) to the hotel, sometimes through narrow streets, up abundant stairs and on uneven roads, but this hotel was easy to get to and just one set of stairs to climb.

Everything was perfect. Room clean and well maintained. The staff were particularly friendly. The location is great just off the Main Street and prices at bars and restaurants therefore cheaper.

Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.

Pack light, you’ve got 4 flights of stairs but it’s worth it and they will send someone to handle your luggage if needed. The room was really great, and the location ideal.

We visited Dubrovnik for our friend's wedding. I cannot fault the hosts at all - they pre-arranged transport for us from the airport, very helpful as travelling with a two year old. I stayed 3 nights. The hotel was quit, the view was very nice, the staff really friendly, just restaurant was a bit pricey also to get there you to take a ferry and it take an hour. I recommend it.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic time staying at Hotel Bozica. The accommodation was clean, great facilities and the staff were all excellent. What a setting! This is a delightful hotel with just 30 bedrooms. This is an island opposite an island in a clear sea! Fabulous. Booked directly with the hotel and used the suggested transfer from the airport. Very happy we did as it was super special to arrive by speedboat! A note for sailors. The hotel's service is excellent for moored boats. Special thanks to the owner for the two hours of hard underwater work on the stuck propeller. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every night. We were greeted upon arrival and showed around the place. The view from the balcony was beautiful over looking the waters and Old Town Croatia. We rented a car and the parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect location for us 15 minutes walk into Dubrovnik 2 or 3 times a day. There is a steep hill into the town which can be either be accessed by lots of steps 2 or 3 buildings down or a longer incline down the road. The road down doesn’t have 50 yards of pavement which is a bit narrow so you need to watch out for on coming traffic, I would let any busses through first before proceeding...

I booked teh wrong dates by mistake and the property would not refund or change dates. ******* got me a refund, then I was able to book at the same place for the proper nights. Moral of the story, Staff is great, ownership is not.

Beautiful location with great beaches around, quiet away from Old Town with plenty of supermarkets around. We had dinner on the balcony each night whilst watching the sunset. The place is slightly older, but the air conditioning in every room kept us cool with ample space for everyone.

Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.

This was the birthplace of a famous Croatian opera singer and the house is right there on the promenade with every local amenity available.
