Sipa Apartments in Dubrovnik

We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every night. We were greeted upon arrival and showed around the place. The view from the balcony was beautiful over looking the waters and Old Town Croatia. We rented a car and the parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect location for us 15 minutes walk into Dubrovnik 2 or 3 times a day. There is a steep hill into the town which can be either be accessed by lots of steps 2 or 3 buildings down or a longer incline down the road. The road down doesn’t have 50 yards of pavement which is a bit narrow so you need to watch out for on coming traffic, I would let any busses through first before proceeding and use a torch at night, so didn’t find this an issue. The apartment we had was on the lower floor which suited us, we found it very clean and quite, it had everything you needed for a weeks stay. The views of the old town were more visible from the top apartments but you could see enough though the quaint garden on the lower level. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we would not hesitate to go back here again, to the point I would have rathered stayed there for another week than move onto our next location in Montenegro. We found lots to do walked up to the cable station on the hill, fantastic views from there, walked round the coastal paths, and obviously did the old town walls and museums.

We loved our stay here - the location was perfect, with easy access to the old town without the crowds. The apartment was huge and very comfortable, lovely rooms, and the deck / view was incredible. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.

Although comfortable, The furnishings are old and worn. Even though the host helped with our luggage it was 3 flights down to your apartment. It was very roomy and views amazing.

It was absolutely perfect. Great stay within easy walking distance to old town. Hosts were exceptional and made our stay feel like family. We are grateful for the hospitality and we are Looking forward to our future return. Cheers to you all.

Good location, clean and fully equipped spacious apartment, with very nice view from balcony. All necessary things are provided, such as cooking oil and detergent for the washing machine. Free Netflix too! Jelena and Stijepo are very nice hosts. A bottle of red wine, a can of beer, snacks and chocolates are given free. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful location with balcony overlooking the Adriatic sea. Comfy and large apartment, a bit dated, but clean and tidy.

10 stars, I have never met such amazing hosts. The whole team is exceptionally good. Maria is such a gem, very kind, friendly and helpful. Greeted me with Croatia wine and some snacks. Amazing location close to the beach with a balcony to enjoy the view, and a few mins walk from the old town. The apartment was like a home not a hotel and I felt like I was visiting my family. Very homely apartment with all the amenities one finds at home. On top of that, my flight was delayed and they let me stay for 6 more hours, exceptional. I have stayed in so many hotels and Airbnb. None of them have ever done this sweet gesture. While leaving Maria gifted me with a Croatian chocolate box. I don't think anyone can find a better stay than this. Had a wonderful time, if I ever decide to visit Croatia - save me an apartment. Thank you so much to the whole team.

Superb location but a bit run down apartment
Check in was a bit of a hassle with the hosts expecting wrong number of guests and the check-in time update through directbookers system causing some weird confusion. The location is superb with a short walk to old town, but the apartment itself has seen better days, with some lights not working and the spare bed being not so nice.

We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. There was even a kitten who made herself available, just as we were missing our own. When I come back to Dubrovnik I will not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!
