Hotels with beach in Dubrovnik

Everything else — the room, the pools, the beach access, the spa, service, the holiday feeling — were stupendous! Make Sun Gardens your resort of choice without hesitation!

The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money

The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular. the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals. Please dont hesitate to stay here

(The only drawback is that the drinks and snacks in the mini bar need to be charged separately. The hotel did not inform in advance. Maybe different hotel models are different

The entire resort is divided into apartments and a hotel, so it's quite large and requires some walking. There are many facilities, and the spa is quite comfortable

It's great. There are lots of fun things to do on the beach. The sea is crystal clear. There are five delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are all facing the sea.

Our room was facing the light house. I enjoyed the scenery looking out the Adriatic Sea. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had dine in 2 restaurants in the hotel. Food was marvellous….

Absolutely loved staying at the Palace! We had a beautiful room with a balcony that we very much enjoyed. Lots of space around the pool, great pool bar. It’s also walkable to restaurants around Lapad

The spa was amazing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the city center, plus the views are absolutely stunning

Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles and stiff communication

Excellent experience at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace. Elegant setting, impeccable service, and a discreet sense of professionalism at every level. A hotel that truly embodies the highest standards of Adriatic hospitality.

It has the vibe of an old hotel! However, the hotel's setting is excellent, and its orientation provides an amazing sunset sea view (as shown in Figures 3 and 4)! It definitely beats RIXOS in that regard! The hotel's beach isn't large, but it's not overcrowded, which also gives it an edge over RIXOS! RIXOS's service staff are pretty much the same

The environment is invincible, and the hotel is very cost-effective. As soon as you enter the lobby downstairs, you will be shocked. There is an invincible sea view and a private beach

There is a small beach club in the hotel. Some marine activities can be played in the private waters. The hotel also has a brochure recommending various local marine fee projects, which can be booked through the hotel

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Fabulous location with a lovely walk alongside the coast into town. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful choice & coking station for fresh eggs & omelettes

Perfect location with fantastic sea view!!! Staff are super nice and genuine service The breakfast buffet is great, with various selection of items, hughly recommended for couples and families

A rich breakfast You can also consult travel information and book travel itineraries at the hotel. 6 bus stop outside the hotel that goes directly to the old town

The view from our room was possibly the best ever. Thank you we would come back again one day

Wonderful Hotel Luxury great breakfast with lovely sea view I love it so much The location was little bit far from center but bus stop is 2 minutes away

I particularly loved the property's location, as it offers a stunning view and the area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik.

Beautiful location. Room feels upscale and new. Bus ride 20 mins from town. Get sea view room if u can

Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night

Excellent for a leisure trip. Highly recommended, I'll definitely return.

The beachfront is absolutely stunning, and the lobby and restaurant perfectly complement the setting.

Fabulous hotel, deserving of more than it's 3 star rating. Fabulous food and great location. August time was great for a couples holiday and I would definetly return.

Great hotel in Dubrovnik… fabulous pool area. Very close and easy to get to the Gruz Port for cruise transfer.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent range of food and amenities

Great hotel, great value and staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. All the walkways were clean li and safe..pool w@s excellent

6 bus right outside the hotel running every 10-15 minutes. Lovely walks around the hotels and right down to the marina via the coastal path

It was a very pleasant stay in hotel Tirena. Overall service is good and food quality fantastic, but please improve the quality of alcohol cocktails in the pool bar.

The outdoor bar area is the perfect spot to drink a glass of local wine while watching the sunset. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was upgraded to a room with a terrace and had the best view of the fireworks show

It's located just a few minutes from the city center, and you get there by taking a beautiful stroll along the coast, admiring the views. The hotel is right on the seafront, so the views are excellent

Besides the typical buffet, which offers a huge variety, you can also order à la carte, and they prepare it freshly for you

From checking in, to the upgrade they gave us, to the staff making a birthday cake for my partner that we so thoroughly enjoyed, to relaxing at the beach

I had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team

Everything is very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are spacious, sunny, with a very comfortable bed. I especially want to highlight the excellent amenities, which are of supreme quality

Pools not bad either could do with more umbrella to keeps the sun off. Some building work going on at the beach at the moment. This could put some people off

I really enjoyed my stay here, sauna was great and so was the pool, location is truly the best of all

Hotel is a bit old style in terms of aesthetics but everything was functioning and people very attentive, will be back again

We walked along shoreline trail Walked to multiple dining locations Walked to bus for downtown Dubrovnick

Halls and rooms of the annex smell like cigarette and they try to mask it with an air freshener that only makes it all worse. That being said, a few design/comfort flaws with the main hotel as well

Location is pretty ideal with a quick walk to the beach and Lapad as a whole is a lot more peaceful then the old town area

Location is nice, right on the beach. Close to Dubrovnik, bus stop is right across the street, but buses get quite full in summer so we mainly used Uber which was only a few € more. On-site restaurant is not good

I think we had the best sea view room. It’s actually old hotel but we were lucky we got a newly renovated one. The front receptionist are polite , helpful. Breakfast is many varieties but the taste is so so

We had a wonderful family ( 6. 2 parents with 4 children 17 + ) holiday in Hotel Vis. The location of the hotel is superb. The views from the sea view rooms are magnificent! You literally walk into the beach

This included hams, cheeses, bread, fruits, meats/ sausages, eggs, yoghurts, coffee machines, etc. All the staff were very helpful (including my lovely cleaner, thank you cleaner, you're a star!)

The outside bar is beautiful with stunning views. The hotel rooms could do with a bit of modernism and if there was music / entertainment in the bar you would never want to leave it

Yet the rooms are a good size and for the price b and b it is affordable for families. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again. A safe , stunning views, friendly staff

Literally everything about our 7 night stay was 5 star. Location location location too! We could walk to beautiful beaches and Lapad for entertainment. The room was beautiful and very comfortable

Great place to stay and food was excellent both for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the not too distant future.

It's a little far from the old town, so you'll need to take the bus or Uber. It takes about 15 minutes and costs about 9 euros.

It was very close to the sea, we could swim in the Adriatic Sea, it was a very nice stay. You can go to the Old Town by bus, so you can enjoy sightseeing and the beach

The rooms are spacious, there are several pools and a rocky beach, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel’s restaurants offer a fairly diverse selection

The only negative point was upon our arrival, when we were given a room overlooking the parking lot, even though we had booked a sea view room. However, the staff quickly made up for it and offered us two alternatives

The price and the hotel were amazing. I got lucky and got a great deal on the cost, sadly our room is right by a construction site. In good news, I haven't heard it at all and in general it's not really troubling

We had an amazing time at the hotel, the workers were always helpful and welcoming, the room was perfect and the hotel provided a good variety of things on site such as the cave bar or the two swimming pools

Amazing hotel - we had a corner room so we had a bigger than standard balcony that looked out into the bay and was set of the new building

Lovely hotel. Great location. Very helpful friendly staff. Delicious food.

Stayed only one night but lovely hotel, would come back here

After arguing with the staff in hotel for hours at night, I finally changed to another room. Be carefully! It may destroy your holiday!

We were due to stay in July 2020, pre-Covid, our holiday has been moved, changed, further flights have been cancelled and although we booked the hotel through Expedia (who have been extremely unhelpful) Zoe in reservations has been amazing

The Royal Palm Hotel is part of a complex of similar, semi-connected hotels. Likely due to low-season, the guests were redistributed. The hotel rooms looked the same so that's fine

Due to rainy weather I didn't go outside much so I can't comment on the small private beach or outdoor pools

Absolutely gorgeous! The view is stunning and every staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist Manujana! Her hospitality and enthusiasm is top-tier! Give it a try and you’ll love this place

The style is modern and the hotel is well-maintained. During our trip the rooftop pool and bar were unfortunately closed which deducts 1 star. The indoor pool was great and the saunas too

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the big selection at the breakfast, from spring rolls to a full table with fruit

Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away

We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful

The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town

The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly

The hotel room is big, and has really good view. Love it.

Villa Dubrovnik is an absolutely magnificent property. They pay attention to every detail and the service is impeccable. From the arrival to the check out, everything was done with the utmost care

The restaurant here had the best food i had the entire trip. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The fews were also so gorgeous from the room and from the restaurant. It’s also an easy little walk to the old town

Superb. From arrival to departure 5*. Rooms with a stunning view, excellent food and spotless. Would go back.

Breakfast offers variety of options, even for people with allergies. The bar also offers a delicious menu of fresh food with casual setting. Bar tenders are customer friendly serve a wide variety of drinks and wine

The beautifully renovated Villa Dubrovnik is a place that seeps into your soul. The staff are so friendly and you will feel like the most important guest. The views are incredible and the rooms are perfection!

I could not recommend Villa Dubrovnik higher. The grounds are immaculate, the views are spectacular, and the rooms are beautiful. Most importantly, it is the service that is exceptional.

Hotel in a very quiet area, breakfast very good and varied. The only thing I would improve is the coffee, which unfortunately wasn't very good. The price of accommodation is very good. I recommend

Awesome staff and reception Very nice people and everybody speaks English.

Nice and decent hotel. The location is close to the beach like 2mins walk . The nearest bus stop is just 3mins walk from the hotel and loads of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good. Perfect location

The place was very nice and easy to access

It's a little far from the old town, but about a 20-minute bus ride. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean.

Breakfast is a buffet which is good but it is a very busy restaurant with seems to be full of tour companies staying there. My only real complaint was the hotel not having a safety deposit box in the room

Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe. The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach

Very lovely hotel! The room was big enough with an balcony and a sea view! The staff were amazing! The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and quality food! We had one dinner aswell, also buffet style and you had alot of options! The bus no

No elevator! Boring breakfast buffet, but other than that, it was a really good hotel. The management was excellent, and the views were unbeatable. Ample parking, close to public transit. It was very easy to get around

It is a bit far from the city center, 40-50 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by taxi, the trip costs about 5 euros. I can safely recommend this hotel for a vacation

The hotel is located on the seashore, in a very beautiful place. The hotel and the room are very clean, everything works

4 stops right in front of the hotel and drops you right at the Pile gate in Old Town after 15-20 minutes

The Royal Princess Hotel is the best hotel in this European tour, no doubt about it! Facilities: The luxurious sea view suite chosen this time is decorated in a medieval style, luxurious and atmospheric, very palace style, with two super large rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a double sink

All bedding, mattresses, and bathrooms are of super high configuration. Outside the luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass windows is the endless Adriatic Sea

We ordered food here both nights, and the dishes were very flavorful! Service: The lobby staff was enthusiastic and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions, the location and functional layout of each area of the hotel, and drew them one by one with a pen, so that we could have a pleasant experience here! If the rating standard is 100, I would give the Royal Princess Hotel 120 points! It...

Beautiful spacious room with an excellent view of the sea. The only setback is that the bathtub did not come with an anti slip mat which can be a little slippery getting in and out. Staffs are so friendly and gracious

The facilities are simply the most comprehensive I've ever experienced in Europe, with two full gyms, four swimming pools, and direct access to the sea

The breakfast is plentiful, and the included dinner is also excellent, saving you the hassle of finding a restaurant. Highly recommended; the experience is definitely better than any hotel in the old town

Good price, standard breakfast with selection of ham and cheese, sausages , vegs that is enough for 3 star hotel. Close to the beach, supermarket, bus starion, restaurants. Nice personnel

All the staffs are very kind and helpful They all speak excellent English Special thank you to Ante, Stipe and Antonija and all the staffs They gave us the best time and I will recommen to all my families and friends when they go to Dubrovnik I will give 5 star plus to the hotel and all the staffs Thank you for everything ❤ ♥ 💛

Lovely quaint hotel Lovely quaint hotel right on Main Street about 2 blocks from the beach. Parking lot is nearby (costs extra). The shower was really small and water kept going cold/hot

We loved the hotel and hotel room. We had 3 lovely beds also my son had own room which was perfect for teenager. Hotel room was huge that I wasn't expected the big Also 2 separate toilets

Cleaner comes every day and clean the room and new towels everyday

The hotel was an older hotel and had the look of an older establishment. The breakfast area in the dining area was cramped and the menu was a bit disappointing, needed an upgrade. Price wise not great value.

It was perfectly situated under 5 mins from the pile gate where taxis can drop you off. Parking is available 20min bus ride away with the number 6 bus and then a 8min walk. This was very convenient for us

The room is large and comfortable. The air conditioner is always on and it is very cool. The sound insulation is very good. Although there are people coming and going outside, it is very quiet

We stayed here for 3 nights in July. We had a great time and the apartments had everything we needed. No staff on site but they were very quick to respond on WhatsApp

You need a code to get in so make sure you receive the code before or have the WhatsApp to ask them when you arrive. Windows open onto the old town streets. Can be noisy at night but was never for long

The most convenient accommodation in the old town, no need to drag luggage up the stairs, the facilities are complete and very beautiful, with a kitchen, laundry and drying, convenient for traveling anywhere, the service staff are very dedicated and patient

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Great friendly host who allowed us to store our luggages during checkin (while waiting for the room to be ready) and out (while waiting for our flight)

You can start your day here by enjoying breakfast with a stunning view and either enjoy the nearby amenities like the beach or restaurants, or travel to Old Town which is just a quick drive away

There are quite long stairs to floor with reception and room, but the location is otherwise good, close to nice beach and bus stop. The air conditioning worked well, even the temperature was over 30C

Comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Friendly, helpful staff, always on duty and able to help. Located by the Lapad Bay and close to regular bus links to Old Town. Quiet location for a good night's sleep

Nice small hotel with excellent service Very pleasant stay at Villa Wolff. We had two suites for four people, so plenty of room. Service was friendly and excellent

Breakfast was pretty basic, but selection of menu items (eggs, bacon, omelets etc. Suberb restaurant downstairs, bit pricey though

This is a sweet hotel, almost more like a bed and breakfast, with amazing views, full breakfast, bar service and kind employees.
