Fantastic apartment with breathtaking views. Ran by Dominik and his lovely family.
It was equiped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. Most importantly, the air conditioning was a lifesaver!
The walk to old town is all downhill and only take ~20 minutes. . To get back either get the number 3 bus or a taxi for

Very comfortable house just next to the main road. Only disadvantage the walking distance from city center and the 500 stair steps!

We stayed at Guest House Kono in May, 2025. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of steps, all downhill on the way to Old Town. There is a reserved parking spot on the street just above the apartment. The kitchen is not well appointed, so I wouldn't plan on doing a lot of cooking during your stay. The apartment was clean, and comfortable for 4 people. There was a little deferred maintenance, e.g., a loose toilet seat and stopped up shower drain. Overall, I would recommend the apartment for the location, cleanliness and comfort if you are staying in Dubrovnik.

Guest House Kono was a great location for a quick visit to Dubrovnik. We walked to and from the old town without an issue. The view is fantastic and the balcony was the perfect spot for enjoying the morning and evening after a day around Dubrovnik. The parking is a bit tight for a full size car, but it is doable. At the time we were there, the balcony slider was not lockable which was a bit unnerving but okay.

This property had no sea view. In the apartment we stayed at, there were no window that had any view of the sea. The way property advertised, it suggests sea view and a patio. There was no sea view, not even partial. The patio had no cover or any kind or an umbrella and was shared with other residents. The description of the property was inaccurate and misleading.

Amazingly clean, comfortable, well decorated, new and great view. Great value. Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Parking spot excellent and off the main road. Washer was very convenient to have.
All the extras included like washing detergent, softener even some basic toiletries like after sub lotion.
Not within walking distance. Must drive or take bus. One way to the beach is realistically 30 min walking uphill and all stairs. Old town is 45min. Closest store is a 20min walk and about 200 steps. Know the bus schedule and route ahead of time.

While planning a family vacation we came across this rental property. We studied reviews in the area and found that the Guest House Kono would meet our needs. We wanted a nice view, while still being close to touristy areas that we wanted to visit. After arriving we realized we absolutely made the right decision. The owners of this property were extremely nice and patient with us. The view turned out to be MUCH nicer than it looked in the photos. Nearby restaurants were excellent and low priced. If you're planning on visiting Montenegro then you should definitely consider staying at this location. You won't regret it.

The place is super clean and the service was excellent, the only inconvenience was to share the terrace, beside that, the experience was great.

Comfortable and clean rooms but the pictures on booking.com showed a beautiful terrace. However when we checked in we were given another apartment with no terrace or view. They said that the misleading advertisement is the fault of their agent and would only move us to that apartment if we paid an extra 30 euros. We declined the offer.
