Loved the place. Air conditioning all night made my stay in summers very pleasant. Toilets and bathrooms are quite a few and clean. A little away from center and bus station but very nice.

We stayed for a couple of nights ( 12th & 20th September ) at either end of a cruise.
The room has been newly renovated and was spotlessly clean. The bed comfortable,
the bathroom brand new. and there was efficient air-conditioning. Everything was electronic
( room access. lights, etc ).
It's not a hotel, it's a very comfortable room ... and a serve -yourself breakfast was provided ( cereal, toast, fruit ). Apparently some previous guests had complained because the breakfast wasn't full-english - which is ridiculous - there are dozens of bakeries and cafes nearby.
The old town ( Diocletian Palace ) is about 3 blocks away - so location is ideal. Anela ( the manager ) was very friendly and helpful and her husband Jacksi went out of his way to give us a lift to the boat.

Disappointed !
Nice room, but thats it. View over a parkinglot.
We had to wait for the owner/caretaker to show up, the air con in i several room stopped working (over 30 C in our room), but no one came to help the guests. Charged full price in cash.
