The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink. The hotel is not located in the city...

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

The room can see the sea and the hotel is in a good location

I had originally booked at Hotel Ambassador, but was informed just before my trip that it would not be open on the day. With the support of the Trip.com staff, I ended up staying at this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. In general, the hotel is very "tired", something was obviously broken, barely alive faucets. In general, it does not pull on 5 stars. But! Breakfast on January 01...

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

It was centrally located in order to sightsee. The room was excellent; check in easy; staff were friendly; pricing great value for what was provided.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. I was worried that the ancient city would be too noisy, but I regretted it. Some hotels in the ancient city may be better.

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Breakfast buffet was crowded and not so great in choice or quality.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.

Stayed there in late February 2023. While their were few guests in the hotel in the off season, the service - from the front desk, kitchen, and other hotel staff was excellent. Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around.

Free upgrade !! Apartment was clean and we received a free upgrade on arrival from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. Internet was good but didn’t work at the pool. Breakfast included was amazing. Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up. Other than that all other hotel staff were approachable and kind!

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. Hotel Zagreb is Yugoslav era heritage hotel. Made in tipical elegant marble, wood and glass style within, and pine forest, beaches and big teraces outside. Very friendly staff and much more than 3 stars. Only reason why its 2 stars is because Croatia's new law obligates min 18 square meters rooms and Zagreb has 17,5 square meter rooms. We didn’t find any available room in vicinity, but they had one, and it was much better then expected. Hotel has 2 stars but the room was updated, so it worth higher rating. Also breakfast had a variety selection. Clean, AC worked great, nice view and very friendly staff.

We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Our stay was exceptional! Staff advised us on directions to the city gate where they met and accompanied us to the hotel. Andy, Maria, Chris and another lovely desk attendant assisted us with all activities, meals and helped thru more than one ferry complication. The service is exceptional and the location in the old town square is ideal. You would be mistaken to stay elsewhere in Split!

Sia is a small and cosy hotel only about 10 minutes walk from great beaches where I highly recommend Palma Beach Club with friendly staff and easy access to the sea. It was great! Staff covered all our needs. Even provided us with an umbrella, closest attractions, and restaurants since it was a rainy and very cold day.

The rooms are clean and nice, however, do not let them put you in the attic rooms because more than 50% of the room space is not of human height, including the shower and wc, and you will bang your head over and over again. The reception is polite and helpful, after we complaint, we were moved to a normal room after 2 nights. It was not made clear enough that we room we booked have such headroom problems...

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town.
